Frank the service manager had my back though my whole process of dealing with GM. Even though I wasn't too easy to deal with Frank was nothing but professional. Even after I got bad news about my truck Frank told me not to loose hope and took charge, handled everything and fought for the right thing. I've worked at dealerships before and never had a service manager work for customers the way he did. I didn't even buy my truck from Asheville Chevrolet, but I wont go anywhere else.
