Although the salesperson I had was good, I was disappointed with a few items the managers would not correct. The top of the used car I bought had an issue with the clear coat. The tire sensors do not work, and they refused to reinstall this federal government mandated item. I did not buy this car from an individual where these things might have been okay. I bought it from a dealership where I would expect better customer service. I also purchased new from tires to stop the tires from bouncing on the highway ( and that is okay.) I realize I did not buy a new car and this one has a good amount of miles; however dealing with this dealership left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be going back, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I have bought used cars from other dealers and received better service. Oh, of course I could return it under the lemon law. Hmmmm More
Gg Gulkhan is a dishonest representative. They do not sell you cars at listed price. They hijack the price. Repeatedly I have asked for the car at the price that was advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! EVER! THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! I am currently 1 month into this nightmare. I purchased my BRAND NEW 2021 model year car from them less than 2 THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! I am currently 1 month into this nightmare. I purchased my BRAND NEW 2021 model year car from them less than 2 weeks ago. It is currently in a different Honda Service Center with an estimated $2k repair bill that resulted from the car getting so hot that 3 pieces of metal (under the hood) melted and fused together. The Service Center agent advised that the severity of the issue infers that the issue must have occurred prior to the sale of the vehicle. Dealership has not responded to 2 emails sent a week ago. This BRAND NEW car cannot be driven. The manager Mark tried to get me to agree to 0% financing through the dealership even though paperwork reflected 3.99%. Mark tried to convince me that I would only be paying $1.50 per month over 12 months on an over $20k loan. Even if this was true, (which it obviously is not), $1.50 does not reflect 0% interest. $0.00 reflects 0% interest. There were several unauthorized hits to my credit resulting from Mark's dishonesty. This BRAND NEW car was delivered in filthy condition. When I complained to a Honda rep, dealership told Honda rep, I asked for car "as-is." Any logical person would not request a car to be delivered dirty. Dealer eventually agreed to reimburse me for a car wash/detail and asked me to submit receipt. I have not heard back in 7 days and am currently stuck with an additional car wash bill. SEVERAL errors on paperwork mileage and balance was wrong in several places. Salesperson Kesha told me to "sign papers anyway" and they would be corrected later. (THIS IS NOT LEGAL). Car was delivered to me without any license plate attached to vehicle. I would like to mention again that my brand new car will not be fixed for an undisclosed amount of time (tech said it could potentially take months). Parts are on backorder and car is not functioning properly. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON YOU SHOULD EVEN CONSIDER BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF IT. If a brand new car came from them this way, please please do not even think of buying used from them. The photos attached are what this dealership thinks a new car should look like. ZERO STARS. I would love to update this review if anything whatsoever was resolved but unfortunately, the problems have been getting worse and worse. More
If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were in the middle of a deal and they sold the car out from under us. It was my first time buying a used caf and was surprised by how easy and Fast the process was. Little did I know that Greg (the salesman; steer clear from him) would sell me 2012 Chevy Cruze with extreme l by how easy and Fast the process was. Little did I know that Greg (the salesman; steer clear from him) would sell me 2012 Chevy Cruze with extreme leakeage. He told me I was making a great desicion and then my mechanic tells me that in a month I would have to change most of the internal pipes. When I went back to the dealership to see if something can be done Greg said that all the cars that are at the lot are road ready. But why sell a car that will break down in a month and be fine with it. Great service but the will scam you. And remember the name Greg! Dont let him sell you anything. More

The salesperson insisted that the only way where they'd offer a better price is if I came in-person (social distancing measures thrown out the door for those of you concerned for your health). I again retorted that I was willing to make a decision, sign the paperwork over the phone and that I did not feel comfortable coming in-person. The salesperson was least interested in selling car without my presence in-person even though I was more than willing to negotiate and sign the paperwork electronically! What a daft approach to social distancing and sales. I'd recommend health minded folks interested in Honda avoid this dealership. More
