Rude, liars, and threatening I bought a 2016 jeep renegade that had to be shipped in from Greenville. Upon arrival the vehicle had damage to the body and rear bumper. I special ordered a tow hitch and in an attempt to save money and despite my instructions to Sheldon and Steve they purchased the cheaper stock bumper instead of the hitch compatible bumper. Service refused to cut the bumper and ordered the proper bumper. 6 days after purchase I received my jeep. Upon my "delivery" the vehicle had 912$ worth of damage to the fascia and paint. (Jeep corporate informed me to get an estimate to repair the damage caused by asheboro jeep). They damaged my brand new jeep repairing the damage they caused. Not only that, they fired my saleman prior to delivery and the sales manager Donny was extremely rude and threatening on the phone with me. He said I should "be grateful for all they have done for me". Are you kidding me?? They didn't do anything but deliver a $32,000.00 vehicle that I paid for. They did it poorly at that. I was shotted the Zurich package box they promised and the key fobs they promised. They also gimmick you with the "asheboro advantage" but Chrysler vehicles come with this....so it's not like you're getting anything special. Luis the finance guy is completely incapable of returning phone calls, the service manager works at 3 different locations so he has no clue as to the every day workings of this dealership. Sales will lie and scam you at every turn. When my sales guy was fired, he called and texted me crying like I was his xxxx best friend. Not to be cold, but I want my $32k jeep....not your life story. If you want to be screwed financially and verbally berated and threatened, and have your car damaged.... go here. Otherwise go to Greensboro. More

Great customer service Had been upside down in my car and been to a couple different places with no luck of anyone working to get me out of it. The sales guy Nate was awesome and the services managers were super friendly and willing to work a deal with me. Got a great price on my car and got a brand new truck. I would recommend this place to everyone they really are there for the customer and not just to make money. More

This was an 11 month experienc I took my Jeep to Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Mazda to be repaired and they damaged my vehicle and didn't fix it. This was an 11 month experience. They do not return voice message or phone messages or emails and they do not call with updates on your vehicle. It would take me several days to get in touch with anyone. They would schedule an appointment for me to come in to repair the damage and not have the parts. In fact they would ask why I was there and that an appointment should have never been scheduled. It took months for them to fix the damage they caused. The original issue with the vehicle was never fixed. They told me they didn't know how to fix it, refused to contact the Chrysler Engineer for help and that it was my problem to deal with not theirs. They said they weren't making any money off trying to repair what they had done wrong and it wasn't worth it to them. They told me they never wanted to see me at their dealership ever again. They are rude and incompetent. I wouldn't send someone I didn't like to them for service or to purchase a vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Was told they did not have the correct "tool" (software?) to complete the work. Would make appointments only to find out tool still not in. Still waiting on a call from the service department. Finally took to Parks Mazda in High Point. They corrected the problem in 1.5 hours. Purchased car under the previous dealer ownership which was a great experience. Not the only issue with the service department in last few years such as not sending car inspection information to Raleigh or charging wrong rate for service. More

Car was supposed to be ready that afternoon, but was not done due to supposedly not having a tech to do it. After 3.5 weeks my car is not fixed and I'm getting the run around trying to get it moved to another dealership 30 miles away. Tiffany in service has done nothing but give me the run around. Update: Talked to Robbie and he said he couldn't work on car because another shop had done the work on it. If this was the case why have they kept my car and continued to tell me it would be fixed. In my opinion Robbie is a LIAR, well seems like everyone there are LIARS. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I SEE, EVERYONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, I'M GOING TO HAVE SIGNS MADE!!! More
