We actually came in "just to look" but ended up leaving with a car. Nasir showed us something different that we ended up really liking. ***10/24/22*** Bad transmission, minimum of 8 weeks without a vehicle ***10/18/22*** Very interesting to see my review is being hidden from the public review section on google ***Update (10/17/22 without a vehicle ***10/18/22*** Very interesting to see my review is being hidden from the public review section on google ***Update (10/17/22)***Car was sold to me with a bad transmission, No time soon of having my vehicle running again. After posting a one star review I was contacted by the GM. He expressed that this he the message of the unsatisfaction had not reached him until he was told about my first review that day. He expressed that the vehicle was in good condition when his team did the car inspection (I guess they don't check transmissions before they sell cars). He was apologetic at first and expressed he would work to help me figure the issue out and "would even send me a car off of the lot if he had too" in order to help with transportation. The following day I had set up my own appointment at a local dealership and had the truck dropped at the dealership in the following day. For the next week it was a game of avoidance and false promises (all while not having a vehicle). Even got to the point of not answering my calls and false statements of anyone's understanding of the issue at hand. On 10/6 after calling hourly all day to speak with the GM I sat on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a pick up which did not happen until I hung up and called a salesman on the floor who said the GM was just sitting in his office and asked him to transfer me. He acted as though I hadn't been through an ordeal to speak with him. After a long conversation he admitted to not sending me a vehicle but said he would send me a check for a rental at a local company. The condition was that I had to change my first one star review. *** As I am a man of my word I am updating this review*** He then pressured me by saying the truck I traded in had all types of issues and that it was not a good truck, however they have it listed for sale, With the now acknowledge "issues". I told him by no means has this ordeal been a five star experience and he would not be getting one. In the end I am still disappointed with my vehicle purchase and would drop it back on the lot in a heart beat. The mismanagement, avoidance, and service to myself was also disappointing. It was dragged out and not handled by any means professionally. However the GM did get a check sent to me for a rental I was not able to even get in a rental vehicle for an additional 4 days and at that point rates had increased and could only get a rental for 8 days (No where near the time it will take to get a transmission for my Truck). I do appreciate the offer of some money but the pressure of my trade-ins condition ( a 2013 ford f-150 with over 170,000 ,miles) and changing my review followed by honestly not having a vehicle, I accepted the money. I would advise to NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership if you are out of state, (this was the GM's excuse for the issue being handled poorly, As if phones do not exist or work???) (9/30/22) Very disappointed in my purchase. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Not even 2 days after purchasing I noticed major transmission issues. Now at the week mark and I called the dealer to express my lack there of satisfaction and explain the issues. (asking for some guidance and assistance.) Was told in short to figure it out myself. I am at the point where I do not feel safe driving it and now am stuck with a mistake. They take no accountability for the issues. 100% avoid this dealership. More

Worst dealership ever!!! I traded in a 30k vehicle that 2 months later has not been paid off. Now I am making 2 car payments because of the scam artists. The worst dealership I have ever been at. Brand new 3500 ram, new trans, brakes, battery and been towed to the dealer. My last experience was that what was happening to the truck was my fault. Beware! Terrible dealership! Once you walk out the door they do not know you. I wrote a previous review and the dealership answered that I was not a customer..lol They know exactly who I am and which vehic they do not know you. If major problem had happened after 6 months or so, I would have not been as upset. Buying a used car is always a risk...but not after only driving 4 times to grocery store close to house. I at least expected a break with repair costs. They not only refused to work with me on this but wanted to charge over double the repair costs estimated at other service garages. Service department very rude when discussing on the phone and he refused to even give me his name. Said he did not want his reputation ruined. They want to know MY name when I call them but refuse to let me know who I am talking to when calling them. More
