Incompetent Idiots Took A vehicle in for repair. They tried four times to fix it and failed each time. I had to take it to another dealer and it took them five weeks to Took A vehicle in for repair. They tried four times to fix it and failed each time. I had to take it to another dealer and it took them five weeks to correct the mistakes of Ashe County Ford at a cost of $3800. The wind shield wipers stopped working and I took the Vehicle back again to the to get them fixed under warranty. They absolutely could not fix them. Kept the vehicle this time for a week and it sat outside their garage and was not touched for five days. THEY BASICALLY COULD GIVE A CRAP LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will never be back! More

The service department is a rip off. The service department always tells you that you need something done to your vehicle even if it doesn’t need it. Service department Took my wife's edge in because of a roaring sound they replaced 2 PTU units then that didn't fix it so they car for 2 weeks and finally put a transmis Took my wife's edge in because of a roaring sound they replaced 2 PTU units then that didn't fix it so they car for 2 weeks and finally put a transmission in that cured the problem. One day after having the car back my wife heard a thud in the front end but we needed to take it on our trip so we drove it and the sound kept progressing so when we got back home 1600 miles later she took it up there and Jeff the service manager said it was the strut and would be $300 dollars to fix it I couldn't believe it so the next day we dropped it off at boone Ford and they said the engine cover underneath was dragging the ground and were missing the bolts and that the subframe bolts were loose (that was the thud we were hearing stopping and taking off ) so they fixed everything and were really nice so I had to pay the diagnosis charge of $116. Then I called Jeff at Ashe county Ford and told him the bolts were loose and he said I highly doubt that but that is what it was cause that fixed it i said. Then I said will you reimburse my $116 for y'all mess up and he said yea bring me the receipt and I'll get you paid. So a few days later I took the receipt and he said the women that rights the checks isn't here to come back tomorrow and I did then another lie he said that the owner Jeff dollar wanted to call boone Ford to verify before he pays me when it said it clearly on the receipt 3 days later still no check. The lady's at the desk in the service department are very nice and friendly and have been since the beginning but the service manager lied to me repeatedly now and will not pay for their mistake on our car we drove 1600 miles with the subframe bolts loose on our car that's kinda a big deal on the interstate. Do not take your vehicle here for service it's all guess work with them and you will keep paying for parts you do not need More

Service is terrible I bought an Expedidtion from the dealership used. The man who sold it to me was great. I bought an extended warranty to help with any problems I may ever have. I have owned he car 30 days and it already needs wheel barrings. I took the car in for the noise in the front end and they "couldn't hear it". I brought it back a week later and now all the sudden it needs $2,200 worth of work. They've had my car for a week now with no progress. They "hope" to have it to me by the end of the week. This problem supposed to be covered by my warranty but they are saying it is not because it cost so much. I guess that's something they failed to mention when selling me a warranty. I would not recommend them because they are rude and liars. More
