I’ve been trying to get my car fixed since I bought it in February 2023, it’s tire pressure sensor on the drivers tire needed to be replaced, and a paint touch up, well the following Monday after we got my c February 2023, it’s tire pressure sensor on the drivers tire needed to be replaced, and a paint touch up, well the following Monday after we got my car we scheduled an appointment to get that fixed and told them we had to have it back before my husband went into work because he is a night shift, well when I called at 2pm to ask if it was ready the guy told me it was finished and I could come get it, when we arrived they did absolutely nothing to it and told us they could keep my car to research the issue when we told them what it was. After that we have called and called, emailed and texted, even showed up to try and get them to fix it, every time we was told we would have to speak with a manger since it’s a on going issue and everytime they said “we will call you back when we get this resolved” and never did. So for 10 months, we tried getting my car fixed, the past 2 months I needed an oil change, so we were trying to add that, eventually I said “if I can just get the oil change the other stuff can wait” and we never heard back so we showed up and finally got an appointment made. Take my car told him what it was showing when the tire pressure thing would come up it said “tire pressure monitor system” and it was the driver side. When we go to get my car the guy said “my tires were just low”, we have filled my cars tires up several times and it never fixed it, if my tires were low why wouldn’t it say “tire pressure low” not the system. So the no it all mechanic told me that it was just low: when this thing comes on constantly all the time, every since we’ve bought it. Mainly when I’m at a high speed like the interstate or when it’s raining, a day after my appointment when they supposedly found the issue, it came on and has been coming off and on, WHILE my tires have air. Such a joke of a place. More
