I went to get my car serviced with the works on Saturday I waited as it was getting worked on only to find out after 2 hours that the mechanic broke a lugnut and they wouldn't have it ready til Monday morni I waited as it was getting worked on only to find out after 2 hours that the mechanic broke a lugnut and they wouldn't have it ready til Monday morning I got a loaner til then I left. On Monday I called at 11 hadn't been touched at 2 I went over to the service center and asked when it was going to be ready since I had to work at 3 they said a few minutes they were finishing up at 2:50 I asked again and they said it's pulling around now they then rang me up and told me it was going to be 80 more dollars for the lugnuts they broke now I was late for work and being charged for their mechanics breaking stuff I was very unhappy with the situation on Monday I didn't end up having to pay for the lugnuts but I will most likely be taking my car elsewhere I didn't appreciate the customer service on Monday. Now the lovely lady on Saturday was great More

I was a difficult customer. I'm overseas and had to purchase a truck sight unseen. My paperwork was nontraditional, and Jason had to accommodate my requests with shipping. These guys processed my paperwork quickly, and were extremely responsive, polite, professional at all steps throughout the process. If I lived in this town, I would be a lifelong client of this business.
