They overcharged us 5000.00. We brought it to their attention. We brought the vehicle back to dealership and they stiffed us by refunding 1000.00 from our down payment. They didn’t give our Civic back attention. We brought the vehicle back to dealership and they stiffed us by refunding 1000.00 from our down payment. They didn’t give our Civic back to us unless we agreed to the refund amount. The general sales manager Travis Bankston was extremely arrogant and rude. He wasn’t refunding our total amount and turned around and walked away. More
