If I woulda knew that Ascension Honda gets over on their good customers I would have never traded in my car with nothing wrong with it to them. I purchased my car from them on 3/21/22 and had to wait to get it on 3/28/22 and it still had problems. I waited 2 months for my back up camera and glove box to be fixed for them to tell me that they can’t fix my glovebox I have to get it repaired out of my own pocket I feel they only be nice and friendly to get commission once they sell you a car they don’t care about anything else that’s wrong with it or they promised to do to it for you. If you going to buy a car from them and you a woman make sure it new or take someone else with you who can fully check the vehicle out for you because if not then they gone get you.

LaShanna Howard I purchased a Honda Accord from Ascension Honda on 3/21/22 and my salesman name is James “Bubble” Brown. I didn’t get the car until a week later which was 3/28/22 because I was told that the car needed little maintenance done on it. I left the car lot to find out that my backup camera don’t work and my glove box latch is broken so I never even gotten to look in the glove box I called back to let them know they said they were ordering my parts and it should be in soon. It’s been 2months and I still haven’t gotten the call to bring my car in for repairs. I was back and forth to the dealership and nothing was happening so I called and talked to a man by the name Damon in service department and he said that the parts were ordered and should be in soon it take a long time for the parts to come in and that has been a whole month ago. I haven’t heard back from James or Damon yet. I call a couple of times and was told that they were in a meeting and someone will get back to me and no one ever did. I will not recommend no one to go to this place to nobody for a car.
