Worst experience ever! It has been one speed bump after another! My vehicle issues still haven't been resolved and I've brought my vehicle back to the service center over 6 times. On the purchase date, I was told false information by my salesman and I actually knew more about vehicles than he did. He didn't even remove the stickers from the front windshield. The navigation system was never reset to manufacturer's default. The PSI in all 4 tires were very different. The white paint chips were horrible and you should see the "fix-it" job performed! I was charged document processing fees when my credit union was the one processing the paperwork! Still not sure why I was charged $495.00 for VIN etching. The vehicle pulls to the right and here it is 3 months later and no resolution! (Big safety concerns) Not to forget to mention, there is a lack of communication between sales and service. This just names a few things that have made this experience the absolute worse. More

My sales person OJ was awesome not pushy very helpful and my sales manager Tommy was great! They actually make a good team. Everything was almost perfect until I went into the finance office Mr. Jimmy. my sales manager Tommy was great! They actually make a good team. Everything was almost perfect until I went into the finance office Mr. Jimmy. mr. Jimmy was not professional he very rude, reading the warranty saying you would have to be stupid not to take this very pushy. The biggest drawback for my wife and I was his language continuing profanity front of me and my wife. it was so bad if I would referred someone there if they had to see him, I would tell him go somewhere else. Then after we was done, I saw him arguing with my sales manager and my sales person about something else. Very rude, bringing down team morale. take Jimmy out equation. I will give you five stars. Great Job Oj and Tommy keep up the great work. We love our 2023 Toyota Highlander. just on a sidenote, I was already finance before I got there. I was just trying to make it easy. More
The people were great but I live a hour and a half drive away and only went because “Andrea” who does not exist at the dealership told me the exact car I wanted was on the lot. It was not. I was not happy. away and only went because “Andrea” who does not exist at the dealership told me the exact car I wanted was on the lot. It was not. I was not happy. Really considered walking out several times as we played the “let’s see what the mgr can do for you” game. Ultimately we came to a deal but there is no reason buying a car has to be such a horrible experience. Having said that OJ did arrange for a really nice gentleman Kieth I think is his name to come get me when the car came in. I did appreciate both of them and the Finance Mgr did not force we to hear all the sales pitches that I did not want. It was a cash sale and I pretty much knew what I wanted. If the dealer was local I would recommend with caveat of things to watch for because I know the same game/sale tactics are common at other dealers and I have dealt with and walked out with worse. I will put recommend because I am not out to hurt anyone. More
For 2 1/2 weeks I looked for a used Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel truck for a young man who is in the Air Force and in school everyday at a Air Force base and when not in school, him and his roommate study non stop truck for a young man who is in the Air Force and in school everyday at a Air Force base and when not in school, him and his roommate study non stop to pass the courses they are required to take. I finally found one at Ascension Honda. I knew going in from my past experience in the car business and contacting two people I know in the car business that at the price they wanted, they were probably making between $5000 to $7000 profit on the truck, not including the ridiculous fees they add on to it. The young man still wanted the truck. I had asked Daryll the manager if everything was checked on the truck. He stated it went through service and everything was good to go. This young Air Force serviceman drove almost 300 miles round trip to look at the truck and even though I wasn't happy with the price, he still wanted the truck. We conversed back and forth on the phone when he was making the deal. They delivered the truck to him on Monday, September 25th, 2023. Between the time they dropped off the truck until the next day we found numerous problems that should have been taken care of at the dealership that was never done. 1. Oil was never changed because it was dirty (BLACK). 2. Leak in one of the tires. 3 They said windshield wipers were replaced but they weren't. 4. they only had one key fob to the truck which is broken and it is not the battery. 5.The brakes squeak. I called the manager and told him about this less than 24 hours after the truck was delivered and he said he would check and get back to me. This was around 9:00 A.M. on September 26th, 2023. This went on all day with me talking to this manager, then an other manager named Tommy, then back to the other manager. Finally around 5:00 P.M. after an all day affair with this place, the manager tells me that the General Manager wants the the Air Force serviceman to drive another 300 miles round trip and let them fix it. Instead of doing the right thing, they want him to drive the vehicle back knowing he is in class almost everyday and when not in class studying non stop. You would think a dealership who screwed this up in the first place would take care of an active duty United States Air Force Service who honorably serves his country. They don't care. They didn't do what they were suppose to do, and instead of letting someone repair everything in Biloxi Mississippi, the General Manager at this dealership could care less about a Air Force Serviceman serving his country, who can't leave class or his studies to drive 300 miles round trip to fix something the dealership should have done. I am sure the response from this review will have a negative response. I have already talked to the Louisiana Automobile Association. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and State Of Louisiana. I will also be adding more reviews on Yelp, Yahoo, Microsoft and many other places. I do NOT recommend anyone doing business here. More
