Worst experience ever! It has been one speed bump after another! My vehicle issues still haven't been resolved and I've brought my vehicle back to the service center over It has been one speed bump after another! My vehicle issues still haven't been resolved and I've brought my vehicle back to the service center over 6 times. On the purchase date, I was told false information by my salesman and I actually knew more about vehicles than he did. He didn't even remove the stickers from the front windshield. The navigation system was never reset to manufacturer's default. The PSI in all 4 tires were very different. The white paint chips were horrible and you should see the "fix-it" job performed! I was charged document processing fees when my credit union was the one processing the paperwork! Still not sure why I was charged $495.00 for VIN etching. The vehicle pulls to the right and here it is 3 months later and no resolution! (Big safety concerns) Not to forget to mention, there is a lack of communication between sales and service. This just names a few things that have made this experience the absolute worse. More
