Ascension Honda

I only was given two options in choosing a vehicle and said that there was no more 2025 available a sports red one and the base model white one on the lot, when I asked to see other vehicles. They had no other to show ,Because I was desperate and was not thinking of a sound mind not given a choice two drive it and because I signed for it the owner said that he was not going to take the vehicle back even after I told him that I couldn't afford it and for the value of the vehicle $40,000 it was not worth it. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated because the owner just didn't care Ascension Honda is only out to sell a car and buy me being a woman I felt as though I was done wrong and he handled business wrong this was my first new vehicle and have been very disgusted ever since the way the contract was handled I didn't see any numbers like a real dealership put everything out before you and said this is this and this is what and what package would you like to get this was a bad experience for me and been having a bad headache ever since this went down so if anyone can help me please help me get out of this contract. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was test driving. Took care of me after the sale when I couldn’t get the remote start wasn’t working. Buyer beware. Equipment listed on the truck was not there. Everyone I had contact with was nice enough. Saying that a lift kit is on the truck, and marking up the Equipment listed on the truck was not there. Everyone I had contact with was nice enough. Saying that a lift kit is on the truck, and marking up the truck accordingly, is fraud. Honda does NOT make a lift kit. I asked my salesperson to double check and she was told it was a Honda lift kit. When I went in to triple check there was a lot of scrambling and an attempt to justify the dealership’s actions. If they fraudulently list equipment on vehicles what else are they doing? More
