I've been going to Arundle Ford for 30 + years and never been harrassed. He calls two to three times a day or sends two or three text messages a day. If he doesn't get through with one phone number he goes to the other number. He uses other employees emails just to get people to go in so he makes more money. He waste people's time for no good reason. So now after 30+ years I'm seriously considering going elsewhere . I have talked to other family members and they have already gone elsewhere. More

Great dealership Travel from out of state and twice in the last six months ended up at Arundel Ford needing emergency service on my 2004 F-250. Both times got in and out in short order and was treated as if my business mattered to them, Knowing I needed a new vehicle the second time I was in, I browsed around and talked with Lancer McMinis and with no pressure bought a new truck. Got a great deal and reasonable trade in on the old truck. Picked it up less than a week later from out of state with no hassle. Great dealership. They allowed me to take the car home for a two day test drive so I could make my decision.
