I have never when trying to do business with someone have had them speak down to me like he did. He said and I quote, "You are not listening to the people who have been doing this longer then you have been alive, you are not getting it" and he actually hung up on me. For someone who has supposedly been in the business longer then I've been alive you ruined any chance of my business or my families business there. I feel bad for the salesman because he truly was a great guy and lost a sale because of someone's disrespectful words. More
Charging me $25 when I have free oil changes for life Bought A NEW Jeep Cherokee and was told I would get free oil changes from the dealer for as long as I had the vehicle. Go in for my first oil change a Bought A NEW Jeep Cherokee and was told I would get free oil changes from the dealer for as long as I had the vehicle. Go in for my first oil change and I'm told it's $25. Very disappointing! At this point, I would rather pay $10 more elseware as this service department (or dealership) was very dishonest. Unfortunately, being family owned doesn't mean they will be honest or loyal to their customers. Would have purchased another car here but now they have lost a customer. More

Eric, our salesperson, was easy to deal with, and Phil made it easy for us to think about our decision for a couple of days before making the purchase. I never once felt pressured into buying a car before I was ready to. Perhaps the most pleasant surprise was meeting with the finance person. I was dreading that moment when they try to sell you everything under the sun. Again, the experience was easy! The price of the vehicle was right, and I didn't fee like I was being taken advantage of. They even gave us a nice amount on our trade-in. More
They made it right. I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Eastwood with Artioli Chrysler Dodge. I was looking for a new Dodge Dart and am very happy with my purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Eastwood. He was very accomodating and asked the right questions in order to find me a car that fit my needs. The whole process of going in, looking at a car, test driving, and buying took a total of two days! I bought my car on a Friday and was able to drive it off the lot on Saturday. High level of customer service. More

bought a 2010 charger,They had car fax showing all was good paid 16,000 on loan,like 6months later the molding was coming off rear door passenger side and bubbles ,only to find out the car was hit on side good paid 16,000 on loan,like 6months later the molding was coming off rear door passenger side and bubbles ,only to find out the car was hit on side,Went back and fourth,they said they wounld fix at cost to me,they new the car was hit,and shounld fix, now am at a big lost and car value alot less now,they shounld fix at no cost to me, buyer beware More
I shopped all the dealers. Emailed and went in with my wife to 6 diff local car dealerships. This dealership by far was better. They were all NORMAL. I bought my Charger from Gary, he was totally different than the other salespeople I went to and Joe Artioli came out to meet me and explained the process and made me really feel comfortable. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and couldn't be happier. I bought a Challenger, Charger and a Ram pickup from Artioli. They also performed all of the vehicle maintenance as well. This is not like a giant dealership under an umbrella. Customers are not just numbers. It's unusual to get decent customer service these days especially after the sale. 2). They made the sales process easy. It wasn't hours of intense backroom negotiating where I felt like I was siting in the back seat. I was able to negotiate the price i wanted generally within 15 minutes. 3). The closing process was simple and easy. 4). I have gone back for mopar related accessories and installs and they did a great job. More
I traded in my ram in order to get a vehicle with no payments and better gas mileage. I only took Artioli's deal because they gave me the best offer for my truck, but over charged me for the used car I payments and better gas mileage. I was involved in a small accident when I first got this car; and after 2 consecutive visits to their service department totaling a full month of time off the road, my issue was still not fully repaired. Two and a half months later (and only 2.5 months of the car being on the road in my posession), my engine seized due to gas leaking into the oil. The will only fix my engine at a discounted price. I was going 70 mph on the highway when the engine seized. I am lucky that I was not hurt. Now, my car is a paperweight; and I have to bum rides from friends and family yo make sure I don't lose my job. More
