Price can be negotiated anywhere. But the most important is the service I get. I have taken my Hondas to Art Moehn for service even when I hadn't bought there and found Adam Soper super helpful. They've driven me to a shopping mall when service was going to take a while and even covered lunch when time took longer. Some small services they haven't even charged for. I finally did buy a used 2011 Odessey from them and had no problem with the deal. After I kidded about taking it home the day I saw it, before I paid, Eric Humeston was willing to let me take it home. Parts even gave me a better price on mats for it. I have not had any work done in the bump shop. I have excellent Roberts here in Chelsea but the service and attitude toward the customer is excellent at Art Moehn Honda. More
Brandon Murrell was great for us from beginning to end in the purchase of our CR-V. He was very thorough in all aspects of the sale. While driving to Jackson from Adrian I noticed a loud noise coming from the left front panel. It got louder the further along I drove. So I drove to the Art Moehn Chevorlet Honda dealer I leased my Hond noise coming from the left front panel. It got louder the further along I drove. So I drove to the Art Moehn Chevorlet Honda dealer I leased my Honda Civic from and entered the service bay. We were greeted by a very nice man who asked us what Honda could do for us today. After explaining the noise we heard while driving, he said he'd have it looked at and we waited while service looked into the problem. After only 15 minutes or less, they were done, and told us it was a small stone that had lodged between the brake shield and the brake assembly and that's all it was. Adam Soper was the representative that worked with us, and he told us there would be no charge! He was so nice, and it took such a short time, not to mention the fact we weren't charged for the time it took to find the problem. Not many dealerships that I know of would do that for nothing. I was surprised and asked, "are you sure? No charge?" He said no charge, with a smile on his face! I have had excellent service from the minute I walked into the Honda dealer 1 1/2 years ago to lease my Honda. Starting with the person who sold the car to me, and every time I've called or had an issue. The dealership goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for the customer. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am a very happy, satisfied Honda customer. Thanks, Art Moehn!! More
Although we did not purchase our used Honda from Art Moehn, we now utilize their service department exclusively as their service is by far superior! In the area in which we reside, there are several local dealerships and so we purchased our Honda from one of them. When our car needed some major servicing (4 weeks after purchasing), we took our car back to the local dealership in which it had been purchased. We were completely dissatisfied by the local dealership's customer service, the compentancy, and the quality of service in the service department. When the car needed servicing yet again, we decided to make a leap and drive 50 minute away from our home and try Art Moehn Honda. Everyone, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the service staff, to the staff accepting payment for the services rendered, are extremely customer service oriented, competant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service department. If the sales staff are as top-notch as those we have dealt with at Art Moehn, and the pricing is competitive, we will purchase our next vehicle with the dealership. More
My first Honda was a 1972, and have had Honda's every since, on about my 7th Honda. Art Moehn service on my Hondas has been great. Never have any complaints. Brian is a no pressure, easy going, go with the flow kind of guy. I wasn't planning to buy a new car. I stopped in because I saw two used cars on the lot I had been considering for a long time. He showed me a new one and I slowly talked myself into it. He let me! Brian and I hit it off well from the start. I was comfortable that he would provide my needs, not meet his own. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, came in on his day off so I could take delivery on my schedule, arranged for my older car to sit on the lot until I could pick it up a few days later-just did the things he needed to help me out. I did my research and the price was right, too. Long after he had the sale, he made numerous calls to work out any and all details to the nth degree assuring a smooth process for me. I'm a female and I would recommend that any woman interested in buying a car stop by and let Brian handle your deal. If nothing else, just shake hands with him: He has the softest hands because he does dishes after his wife cooks! How great a guy is that?! The finance person, Scott, was also great to work with. He was no pressure and easy going. Offered me a warranty. I almost never buy warranties on products. I left the dealership with the information, went home, researched, made the decision, and decided to upgrade from the original suggestion at no add'l cost. I bought a Honda-the company backs their product well! Scott also went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Lastly, I must comment on the telephone operators, particularly Mrs. Rogers, who is always courteous and makes you feel very welcome with every call to the dealership. These frontrunners at Art Moehn may go unrecognized, but deserve a big kudos for a job well done in respresenting their business so well. Yeh, I recommend this dealership! More

Craig was a great help, from the time we first came in to look at a car. He sent us a letter thanking us for considering Art Moehn, When we came in to purchase a car, even though it was late and the proced look at a car. Even after the sale, he is taking care of setting us up with rustproofing and getting a loaner while this was being done. We really appreciated getting the car that night, and not having to wait a day or two longer. Mike (the man who had us sign the paperwork) was also very professional and friendly. When we purchased our Honda CRV, we were told that Adam Soper was to be our service person. This was unusual for us because this is the first dealership we've bought from that has one specific person to c Soper was to be our service person. He knows us as soon as we enter the service area and is always helpful when processing our service needs. Usually, we would take our vehicles to "regular" places for services (ex. 10 minute oil change centers). It is because of the service we receive from Adam that all the service done to our CRV has been completed at the dealership. More
