Poor service They scratched my new CRZ during a oil change. The next trip into town I was told I was too late to have my car serviced. Eric was very professional, but at the same time down to earth, which took away the stress of buying a new car. After "shopping" the price, I knew that Art Moehn was giving us a very competitive price, which sealed the deal. Mari, in the finance department, was a joy to work with, and made the paperwork process a breeze. She was very personable, and did a great job explaining all of the options available to us. Andrew Marlow and the Art Moehn team were courteous, professional, and considerate of my anxiety about leasing a new car. I am not a new car or even old car lover (I did not learn to drive until I was professional, and considerate of my anxiety about leasing a new car. I am not a new car or even old car lover (I did not learn to drive until I was 29 and even then it was under duress). Consequently, purchasing a car isnot something I get excited about. Sometimes I doubt my own ability to make wise choices. I was considering two options--a Toyota Prius C (from Spartan Toyota in Lansing) and a Honda Fit (both cars made it into the Consumer Reports best cars of their class/size. Amazingly, during the almost two month process, I never felt pressured by Andy or other Art Moehn reps. They gave me the time I needed to make my choice. Even after purchase of the lease, Andy was reassuring about my questions and offered continued support re: service and other questions. He introduced me to the key service dept. personnel, and I know I am in good hands. I recommend, without reservation, Andrew Marlow and the Art Moehn dealership. More
I was on a business trip on April 10, 2013 and traveling home from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois when my engine light on my Honda Odyssey activated. Not being very familiar with the area, I was uncertain of the problem and wondered if I could make it home. Luckily I saw the sign for Art Moehn's Honda dealership in Jackson, Michigan, just off of I-94. I stopped and met with Adam Soper and a female service employee who were very friendly, not to mention helpful and professional. They were happy to help and were able to diagnose the problem with the engine. Initially, they could not provide a time table for the repair, however, it took less than an hour, and I was able to proceed with my travel. It was also noted that the mechanic who resolved the issue with the car did so during his lunch hour so that I would not be further delayed. Not only am I impressed with the assistance I received from the dealership, but it reinforces my faith in the Honda product - a product which is more than a promise of conveyance, but delivering on a promise of placing the customer first.
