We were shopping for a specific used vehicle and were pleased to find several models at gamblinmotors.com. For these reasons, we felt confident that our 100-mile drive wouldn't be wasted. We were not disappointed. We found the sales staff, especially Chris, to be very helpful. The dealership financial manager was so knowledgeable that we felt we knew everything about the finance end of the purchase. The only reason we didn't rate the total experience GREAT was because we had to spend several hours waiting to see the finance manager because the dealership was so busy -- a good sign really. This problem could be solved by not going to the dealership at 30 minutes before closing. All in all...we bought a great car, were treated very well and would come back. C & J Kuntz More

My engine blew up in my 2011 Equinox after 4 wks and 1274 miles. We were given the phone# to GM to deal with getting a new car ourselves. Gamblin will fix my car @ N/C but I don't trust that vehicle.
