Tom Rockwood in the finance department went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to talk to lenders before submitting a loan application. Some Dealers will "shotgun" your credit by submitting applications to any and every loan institution they do business with. This "shotgunning" method can have an adverse effect on your credit, but Tom at Gamblin took the time and made the effort to be responsible in securing a car loan for me. Even after a loan was secured and the deal was done, Tom continued to work for me and found a lower rate saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. More

Tim worked with us without any real pressure and arranged for me to come back and take the car for a longer "test drive". Again, no real pressure, just let us know when you are ready to talk price and we are here. We talked by phone, texted and when we had an agreement, my husband and I drove down to finalize the deal. While I can't say that purchasing a car is a fun experience, they made it as painless as possible. Tim is a great guy and we would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a new or used car! It was worth the 45 minute drive to Enumclaw for the great deal and the low pressure!! More
