We had an outstanding experience in purchasing our new Lexus. Dan and Kent worked very hard finding us the car we wanted and did it without any reservations. Kent as a salesman was remarkable, both know Lexus. Dan and Kent worked very hard finding us the car we wanted and did it without any reservations. Angelo (our salesman) was very professional and explained the vehicle and the features in detail. When purchasing another vehicle I would without hesitation go to Angelo for my purchase. Worst ALMOST car buying experience I’ve ever encountered in my 40 years of driving and purchasing cars. After finally selecting a car and negotiating the car price, trade-in value and interest rate with “J in my 40 years of driving and purchasing cars. After finally selecting a car and negotiating the car price, trade-in value and interest rate with “Jeffery” the Used Car Manager I was shocked when I arrived with title and check in hand to find him writing a deal on my car with another customer. We had spoken numerous times that day and had last spoken 28 minutes before my arrival. I had offered to start the paperwork with the finance department over the phone to help expedite the process but was told by Jeffrey that it wasn’t necessary and it would be taken care of when I arrived. I can only guess that the other deal was worth more money to him and that customer commitment and ethics mean nothing to this dealership. One might expect this type of behavior from a wholesaler in South Phoenix but not a Lexus Dealer. I would suggest staying as far away as possible from this dealership and in particular their used car manager Jeffery. More
