Dealer/Sales Math did NOT add up! My wife and I went to visit Arrowhead Lexus already pre approved by our financial institution. We fell in love with a F Sport on the lot we were ready My wife and I went to visit Arrowhead Lexus already pre approved by our financial institution. We fell in love with a F Sport on the lot we were ready to buy. We dealt with David from sales. He was very nice, however for a used car they insisted on a NEW price tag and it did not seem as if they were motivated to sell at the end of the month as they were not willing to budge on the sticker price on the car. His/David's Math was WAY off and both my wife and myself heard an astronomical number given for the transfer/tag/ plate etc fees. Way outside of the 8%-10% realm, it was more like 18-20%. We thanked them for their time and visited another dealership with no nonsense math. We in-fact purchased a Lexus loaded with options that day from another dealership in Scottsdale. Needless to say we will not recommend this dealership to family or friends. More
