Everyone was so great at Arrowhead Lexis from Ruth at the snack stand, to the gentle men in finance, to the gentlemen showing me all the gadgets this car has to offer. Wedrick was outstanding!! Bad Customer Service! So recently I was browsing cars. I had come Across one on their page. Thinking let's give these guys another chance. So I visited the dealership and spoke to Paul About the car. Let's just say it's almost a week in half later and I have yet to hear back from Paul. This dealership is very snooty. I Have noticed this since I use to take My car here for service or when buying my RC giving them yet another try. It always cost a lot More then any other Lexus dealership in the valley. If you want real service and be taken seriously. Go to any other Lexus dealership in the valley and skip this location. Any other Lexus dealership will Be 100 times better. Thankfully I found what I was looking for at the chandler Lexus location. They not only had what I want. But the car was also 3000 dollars cheaper with less miles. Cant believe I decided to give these clowns yet a third try and yet they just don't change But they seem to be lacking something called customer service. If you go here don't except customer service. Wear a tuxedo or they will not even give you the Time of day. More

They are second to none when it comes to taking care of their customers. Lexus Quality????? I have owned Lexus for 12+ years now. The quality and dependability is outstanding. Total of 250,000 miles with no problems with any of the vehicles. 160K on my first RX 300 never one problem other than routine maintenance. 80K on the second, never one problem and it still drives like new. I traded the old RX with 26K for a new RX. Both cars are a dream to drive. I drive about 20-25K per year. Excellent Vehicles! More

My husband was so impressed with Tom and the Service Department that he suggested I visit the dealership and look for a car. This is after my husband's history of driving 4 Mercedes through the years. Tom referred us to Karen, a Sales Consultant, who was extremely helpful and guided me in finding the perfect car for me. The Finance Manager, John , was very cooperative and easy to work with. My husband and I are looking forward to many years of a good business relationship with Arrowhead Lexus. More
