Other than the usual cloak-and-dagger part of every dealership that I hate dealing with in trying to bargain for a trade-in and figure out a price. The dealership was great as was the salesman. dealership that I hate dealing with in trying to bargain for a trade-in and figure out a price. The dealership was great as was the salesman. More
Arrowhead Lexus has been very disappointing in our latest purchase from them. They could get the car we wanted, but the way this purchase has gone is inexcusable. They located a new Lexus matching our wish purchase from them. They could get the car we wanted, but the way this purchase has gone is inexcusable. They located a new Lexus matching our wish list in California and said it would be ready for us to test drive by February 27. We made the deal and put down a $3000 deposit. The car didn’t arrive until late on the 28th because the transport vehicle broke down in Tucson. On February 29, my wife test drives the new car and signs all the paperwork. She did have a check to pay in full, but noticed the VIN was different. After questioning this, she was told it had the same features we wanted and VINs are generic and can change when it goes to a different state. She knew that wasn’t accurate. After searching the VIN, we discovered the car came from Colorado, not California. They are not being honest with us. The Lexus tow package hitch we wanted was to be installed at the dealership and they were going to deliver the car to us by 3pm on the next day. Yep, you guessed it, no car and no phone call to advise us about any issues. When my wife called to find out what went wrong, the sales manager, David Robinson, said he wasn’t familiar with the car we purchased and would check it out and call back in a few minutes. Again, you guessed it, after more than two hours no call from him. Our salesperson was off that day, but did call us back later. He advised the installation of the hitch was delayed due to a defective bolt and they were getting one from Budget. She told him she only wanted Lexus products and he assured her it would be. My wife went directly to the dealership the next day, March 7, and expressed her concerns. Our salesperson showed her the new hitch in a Lexus box and said it would be installed by U-Haul. After she expressed her concerns about it being installed by an outside company, he said it was because U-Haul installs more hitches daily than their service department and trusted them more when it comes to the installation. He said our car would be ready by 5pm that day. She told him we would pick it up on the following day as to give them plenty of time for the installation. You guessed it, the following day at 4pm we went to pick up our new car and it wasn’t ready. The car was still at the U-Haul on a rack and wouldn’t be ready for several hours. Now they say it will be ready by tomorrow. So many different excuses and/or misrepresentations. Bottom line is, the Arrowhead dealership has gone downhill since we purchased our previous Lexus from them. We hope we can pick up our new car tomorrow and everything has been completed as we requested. 3/9/24 You guessed, the new Lexus is not ready. We received the phone call advising us about the issues U-Haul had and the resolve. You would think someone with Arrowhead Lexus would have known exactly what was needed to install a tow hitch package. I'm not bad mouthing Lexus vehicles....they have a fantastic vehicle. This is totally on Arrowhead Lexus. The new delivery date is now Monday around 4 pm. Wish me luck. 3/11/24 - You guessed it, still not ready. My Lexus salesman advised me that he would check with U-Haul and call me back within 45 minutes. Shocking, he never called back. I went to Arrowhead Lexus and spoke to the GM, Anthony Lewis, about the issues I’m having. Anthony advised he would check into it and call me back within 24 hours. I will be calling Lexus Corporate tomorrow. 3/12/24 - You guessed it. Still no delivery of my new Lexus. Lexus Corporate is involved now. 3/28/24 - I have my new Lexus with the tow hitch package. After contacting the GM, Anthony Lewis, things started going in the right direction. He couldn’t do everything for me but he communicated the issues he had ran into and was being truthful with me. He was very apologetic and was trying to make things right. Bad things do happen, it is how he responded that made this end well. Anthony Lewis made a difference and I appreciate his efforts. More
I purchased an NX 250 two weeks back and have given a 3 star review for the following reasons. The GM Anthony Lewis gets a 5 star. He was a good listener, understood our concerns and worked hard to find a star review for the following reasons. The GM Anthony Lewis gets a 5 star. He was a good listener, understood our concerns and worked hard to find a solution. He was instrumental in us keeping the car and showed exceptional leadership qualities. The Team Manager Ty gets a 1 star as he was belligerent, unwilling to listen (he heard but did not listen) to our predicament and acted like a bully, Instead of seeking a solution his attitude was my way or the highway. A night a day behavior from his GM. The sales person Kenneth was helpful and tried very hard to meet our needs. Unfortunately he misspoke about some of the features the car had which it did not. This is what caused the problem as we were very specific about the safety features we needed and were told the car had them...it did not. Which is why he is rated as a 3 star. The fact that Anthony Lewis truly tried to reach a solution palatable to both sides is why I recommend the dealership. More

I called this dealership and inquired whether they would come down on an asking price for a used RX and they said they would. That response was purely to get me in the door so they could pull a bait and swi come down on an asking price for a used RX and they said they would. That response was purely to get me in the door so they could pull a bait and switch. I had spoken with a particular salesman over the phone who replied that my offer was reasonable, but when I got there, he put a much higher asking price on the paperwork along with extraneous add-ons and fees. When I called him on it and re-stated my offer, he pretended as though he’d forgotten who I was. I had to sit there and show him the market data for similar vehicles as though this was something he didn’t know, just to get him to come down yet again on the asking price. A Lexus dealership shouldn’t be pulling this kind of trash. Terrible! Avoid this dealership! More

Arrowhead Lexus never responded to my inquiry…. Pretty disappointing overall. I can’t imagine a scenario where I would try to purchase a car from them again. Pretty disappointing overall. I can’t imagine a scenario where I would try to purchase a car from them again. More
