Had the same Service Advisor for 17 years I and my family have had the same Service Advisor for the past 17yrs, including my Dad, who passed this year. I called Tom to see if they had capacity to fit me in. Surprisingly, he said yes. Saturdays are usually crazy. I took my Accord in and the oil change was done in about an hour.
