Easy maintenance with good communication I felt the service I received was thorough and communication was excellent, however, due to the construction going on at the dealership, my car was re I felt the service I received was thorough and communication was excellent, however, due to the construction going on at the dealership, my car was returned to me with muddy wheels, wheel wells and some splashing of mud on the underside of my car. Great Service and Customer Experience Dan Thomas was outstanding! He was direct as to what my 2014 Honda CRV needed and attentive as to what I wanted done. I took my Honda in for just an o Dan Thomas was outstanding! He was direct as to what my 2014 Honda CRV needed and attentive as to what I wanted done. I took my Honda in for just an oil change but needed some additional work done. I spent more money than I wanted to, but I felt that Dan was honest in the assessment of the work needed to be done on my Honda. The Shuttle provided for me was quick and both drivers to and from Arrowhead Honda were friendly and professional. I will definitely use Arrowhead Honda again. More

Problems with noise in the rear of the car fixed. I was very concerned about what was making noise under my car. Derek Smith kept me informed on what was happening and what Arrowhead Honda was going t I was very concerned about what was making noise under my car. Derek Smith kept me informed on what was happening and what Arrowhead Honda was going to do to fix the problem. They also found other problems that I was not aware of and fixed them too. One would have been expensive but my warrantee was still good so it didn't cost me anything. Derek's concern for my situation made me feel very comfortable during the whole process.
