Quick and great service. Very satisfied I arrived with out an appointment because of a dead battery. I was greeted and told my car would be taken care of immediately. Great Service As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told him that the air wasn't working consistently, but that my husband didn't really have time to be without a vehicle. He said he would do whatever he could to make sure we had a car (fast service, free rental, etc). We brought it in the next day as the air wasn't working again. Tom called to let us know that it wasn't going to be a cheap fix, that we were looking at $1100. He said he had given us every discount possible since we had just been in and spent over $1500 on the car. Tom serviced it quickly and even though we didn't like the price, he did everything he could to make it cheaper for us. We greatly appreciated his dedication. More

Dead car I called Jimmy and he was very helpful told me I could drop it off and leave him a note and he would take care of it.
