Fiirst service since purchase First service on my 2018 CRV purchased in Dec 2018. Dashboard icon told me time to change oil. Made appt at 0730 AM for 1000 AM same day. Very courteous and demonstrated great concern to explain process being new to Arrowhead Service Dept. Was told car would be ready in 1 hr. 1 hr later received call from Eddie that car was ready for pick up. While in service office Eddie introduced me to Jimi Bettino, Service Advisor. Asked Jimmi some questions I did not fully understand when purchased CRV. Jimmi was more than anxious to answer my questions and did so. A great experience from check in to check out with Eddie Lambkin. Appreciated answered questions from Jimmi Bettino. More

The integrity and honesty of Honda Service Techs has always been the main reason I only get my car serviced at Honda. My car was done within 45 minutes even though service was booked up. The receptionist who got me scheduled was super friendly. I spoke to some of the sales reps while I was there and I liked that they just chatted about the cars but did not pressure me into buying a new one. I will request Tom for my next service appointment from now on. I bought my first 1997 Honda civic from Arrowhead Honda, I moved a lot and I am now back in Glendale so of course Arrowhead Honda will be my number one dealer again! Walked us into the showroom, provided us with coffee and rolls, advised he would return once our vehicle was completed. Asked us if we would like our car washed, which we did. He was very helpful in asking questions and answering any questions that we had about our vehicle. He also introduced us to Eric Galliani who we may be talking with regarding our 4th Honda. Honda is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee who truly cares about his customers, hang on to him. We have always been treated well at Honda, may be why we have purchased 3 SUVs within 10 years. Seth also took care of our bill for our oil change, again, going above and beyond what was necessary.
