reason for rating at dealership Service department and Sales personnel I suspected a problem with the idle...when I stopped for traffic, the car would vibrate and it felt like i Service department and Sales personnel I suspected a problem with the idle...when I stopped for traffic, the car would vibrate and it felt like it was going to shut down. The a/c did not appear to be cooling the vehicle as it should and I had found a slight oil drop under the car in my garage. The service department listened to me while I explained my reason for being there and made the necessary repairs. I was able to pick up my vehicle later that day and everything was running very well. The service dept. offered to take me home and pick me up but I had made arrangements prior to my visit and did not need the additional service offered. Also, Nicholas Petito originally sold us the vehicle and he saw us drive up and came out to greet us and when we came back to pick up our vehicle, Nicholas walked over and walked us up to the service department, since it was our first time to take the vehicle into the dealership. I'm just so impressed by the service that Honda offers. More
