Superior Service Dealership was unable to update the GPS in our Honda Ridgeline. They tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times on two different days! They have contact Dealership was unable to update the GPS in our Honda Ridgeline. They tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times on two different days! They have contacted Garmin and are now in the process of contacting Honda headquarters for further guidance. (Appears that this is an unheard of problem.). We have received phone calls every other day to inform us where they are in their efforts to satisfy our needs. Polite, professional, and dedicated to outstanding customer service. Each experience with this dealership has been outstanding. For such a large dealership, we are more than pleased. We anticipate there will be a solution prior to heading out of town. More
