I have had the best experience Arrowhead Honda ! I had a couple of things that were wrong with the vehicle and Tracy referred me over to Racquel and she is more than amazing drop my car off got me a ride home and when my car was done I was picked back up from home . The work that was done they did such a good job with my car ! I have not had a dealership treat me so well and I have bought so many new cars and this dealership is the best ! I have an 82,000 $ Silverado 3500 and also a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette and the Chevy dealership has never treated me like this dealership and I spent that amount of money with them. A/C not working and oil change Took my car for oil change and a/c was blowing out hot air on May 29 2020, June 1 I was called and said car was ready and A/C was blowing cold air. I Took my car for oil change and a/c was blowing out hot air on May 29 2020, June 1 I was called and said car was ready and A/C was blowing cold air. I picked it up on June 2 and was blowing hot air still. I told Dan and he agreed and took back to the technicians. Found out a/c/ system under charges, compressor leaking clutch and coil wet. Why was this not found the first time? Was it a new technician? More
