On 9/22/23 I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I met with Steve Bullock and he went over all the recommendations made by the technician before the service and again afterwards in great rotation. He then reached out to me via e-mail to see if I had any concerns which impressed me making me feel he really cared about Honda's service.
