Dealing with this dealership and David Scott as my service advisor has always been a pleasant experience for me. The last time I took my 07 Honda Odessy van in for normal maintance a technican noted I needed a shock replaced. When making this appointment for a replacement David Scott was easy to work with. He gave me an approximate time the repair would take. I took a book with me for reading while I had my usual coffee in the waiting area. I never got to read the book since the repair was completed well before the time I expected to wait. This dealership with its excellent employees has always met my needs and worked with me to make each experience as pleasant as possible. When I'm given a price ahead of time, that's what I've been billed. I do recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda or have a vehicle serviced. More
One might think the words "Customer Service" have been mentioned once or twice at Arrowhead Honda, but I kinda doubt it. I have a Honda hybrid that needed a new IMA battery. I didn't learn that until after spending money at Arrowhead to upgrade the software that didn't solve the problem. I had already called Honda USA to see what the warranty might be; and I spoke with a Honda parts counterperson who gave me the over-the-counter cost of the battery pack. And then I started calling dealerships to see what this was going to really cost me (est up to $3600). I had a list of over a dozen dealers from around the corner to Tucson, but made it to number three and stopped there. The range was from a high at Earnhardt (where I bought the car) to middling at Arrowhead (where I have had it serviced). Both service reps said "No goodwill discount" even though I knew that yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as goodwill discount (ask for it!). Sorry, Dave, I think I annoyed you asking for what I thought I was entitled to, but hey - you think your job is to sell me parts, not satisfy my needs, and I think differently! Well, then I called Bell and spoke with George Haslerig. He listened, he asked thoughtful questions, he paid attention to my concerns and actually did his JOB for which the staff at Earnhardt and Arrowhead could only hope to come close! At the end of the day the battery pack was replaced for a FRACTION of the amount I was told by the other service reps. George and his service manager Travis Milliner called Honda USA and got me coverage better than I had been hoping for and I can't thank them enough! Did they win a new fan? You betcha, they did! Arrowhead Honda? FAIL, and FAIL miserably! Do you guys really think in the age of internet that all your customers are completely ignorant of what is out there, or that they can't ask a few pertinent questions? And yet you still treat us - your customers - as if we owed you something for bringing our business to you! Again - FAIL! More
I have used Arrowhead Service for all automobile repairs since 1998. My service has always been handled professionaly and in a timely manner. I have worked with Guy Hernandez a few times and I appreciate his friendly smile, his attention to detail and his fairness while we work together. I have always felt that Arrowhead Honda has taken care of not only my car, but of me as a customer. At times, they have alerted me to possible parts that might need repair or replacement in the future, but have advised me that my car is safe when I leave the dealership. I appreciate the fact that nobody pressures me into repairs that are not necessary at the current appointment. I would recommend your services to all. More
The customer service at this dealership is exceptionally poor. On several occasions I've come in to have simple repair work done on my vehicle, only to be hassled by the service providers. On the first occasion, my tire was deflating due to a screw in the tire. The service person told me they don't patch tires and didn't even offer to look at my car. I then had to drive even further to discount tire to get it patched (which they did for free). They also informed me I needed new tires soon (which I would have gotten that day at Honda, if they had bothered to look). I called and left a message regarding this for the service manager, who never called me back. The next time I came in, my husband made the appointment to get my oil changed and new tires. When I came in, Tom Carroll had no idea what I was there for (which is fine but I felt hassled about it). He made it seem like it was somehow my fault. When I got home, my car still said I only had 15% oil life. Which means, they either didn't change it or they forgot to reset it. When we called to ask about this, we were given more excuses and blame shifting. Its just lazy work and I'll never go back. More
I just wanted to take a moment to point out how unbelievably pleased I was when I brought my car(s) in for service to Arrowhead Honda. Being that we purchased all four of our Hondas at Arrowhead, unbelievably pleased I was when I brought my car(s) in for service to Arrowhead Honda. Being that we purchased all four of our Hondas at Arrowhead, we weren’t sure what to expect when it came to the Service Department. Based upon how we have been treated over the years by Guy Hernandez, we will continue to purchase our vehicles as well as get them serviced ONLY at Arrowhead Honda! Just recently, we ran into a string of bad luck with the cars and were forced to bring them in one after another. Rather than shying away from me when I arrived with the latest service request, Guy walked right up and as he always does, put me at ease regarding the repairs that were necessary and gave me piece of mind during a stressful time. In addition to having the vehicle repaired right, Guy routinely has my vehicles repaired at the time that he promises to get them back to me. A HUGE thank you to Guy Hernandez and all the wonderful people at Arrowhead Honda. I look forward to a long and wonderful business relationship. More
This dealership does not effectively service the customers. Their online service scheduler is inaccurate, and i have scheduled service 3 times on this site and they have called and cancelled the ap customers. Today i came in for an oil change, and waited outside for 12 minutes while all of the svice guys stood around, because the svice man, david mckee, that i had been "assigned" to, was busy. David was very nice, but after dealing with his unprofessional staff, i was a Radyfrustrated. When i went to talk to a svice person about a part, he turned around and walked away. When I brought that up for the service manager on duty, he just listened but didnt have any good reason why that was happening. The man who had walked away even walked by, and still defended his actions. Bottom line: If youre looking for good service, find another dealer. I have never had these issues at any other Honda dealership except at Arrowhead Honda. More

I love the service I get at Arrowhead Honda. I can easily book my appointments online and I get a reminder the day before. I worked with David and received A+ service.
