I took my new 2014 CRV in for an oil change. Robert was my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue Tooth and he immediately said that after they were done with the car that he would help me with the Blue Tooth. He was so very helpful and patient as I asked him what all the buttons were for on the dash. He went through them all with me and even set up the voice activated calling system. He definitely an asset to Arrowhead Honda being so knowledgeable about the Honda product. I am happy that he is my service advisor. =-) More
Although I had to shell out quite a bit of cash to fix my Honda Civic Ex, it's always a pleasure dealing with David Scott. He's a great, friendly, honest guy. I am very generous to give them 1 star. What they do is rip you off as much money as they can. Now I have 0 trust in them. My wife was complaining about the A/C being low, she took the car on Sat to them ( rip you off as much money as they can. Now I have 0 trust in them. I called them and asked them to stop working on the car. Today, my wife took the car to Pep Boys, they listened and checked it quick and decided that no repair is required $0 that's it. At the dealer, whenever you go to them, they are not patient to listen to you, they only think about how much they can make out of you. Shame on you Arrowhead Honda. Couple of years ago, I took the car to service then I noticed the alarm stopped working. I went back and they said you have to call the alarm company bla bla. I told them it was working when I brought the car. After calling the manager and talking to him, they agreed to check it to find out that THEY DEACTIVATED the alarm while working on the car the previous day. Also, few years ago, I used to get calls from them on my home number while I am at work and no voice mail left. I called them many times to ask if there's anything regarding my car. Their answer was every time "we don't know who called you". The calls never stopped and I had to complain to Honda HQ. This is when I get call from the manager and letter of apology. I will never take my car to Arrowhead Honda again probably I'll never purchase a Honda again. I can't event forget that one of the service rep was asking me to change timing belt when the car had 60K miles. I have a Toyota that I take it to Larry Miller across the road from there. Completely different and better treatment and respect I get from Toyota. More
I have been a customer for the past seven years, since I move to AZ and most of that time I have dealt with David Scott. He has always been most knowledgeable and fair in terms of what I need done. I have also dealt with Randy Hooker, parts manager, as well as the rest of his staff. They have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Because of these individuals, whenever I need a car I go to Arrowhead Honda. They are true asset to the company and I have bought six cars from them. More
Needed some work for our Insight, and David Scott was our service technician. He was friendly, easy to work with, and I feel I can trust his recommendations. We had some extra work done based on his findin service technician. He was friendly, easy to work with, and I feel I can trust his recommendations. We had some extra work done based on his findings, but again I've learned to trust David, so if he says it needs fixing, it does. I drive a 2005 Civic, and I have had several (routine) maintenance issues over the years and I always turn to one person. Although there is another Honda dealer much closer to my home, I choose to drive t maintenance issues over the years and I always turn to one person. Although there is another Honda dealer much closer to my home, I choose to drive to Arrowhead Honda because David McKee always gives me 100%. David is respectful, gives his honest assessment of needs, and when money is an issue, he helps pritorize the needs in terms of urgency and safety. Although I would prefer my next car to be an American model, I am looking at the Honda line because of the excellent level of service provided by David, and the fact I don't want to change advisors. David is an excellent and essential cog in the service machine at Bell Road Honda. More
I have continuously had a poor experience with Arrowhead Honda and have driven out of my way to go to a different Honda dealership for service on my two Honda vehicles because of the poor customer service a Honda and have driven out of my way to go to a different Honda dealership for service on my two Honda vehicles because of the poor customer service and nasty attitude of the service reps at Arrowhead Honda. This week I had trouble with my air conditioner and decided to give Arrowhead Honda (which is by far the closest Honda service dealer) another chance. I pulled up to the service office around 1 pm and walked in where there were three service reps at their desks. It took a full five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. (there were no other customers in there at the time) Then I got a nasty attitude and I was told I would have to leave the vehicle because they didn't have time to look at it that day and they weren't sure when they could get to it. Obviously they weren't interested in my business so I drove to Bell Honda where they immediately greeted me, looked at my vehicle and repaired the problem. Arrowhead Honda missed out on more than $1,500 worth of business because of the very poor customer service by the service reps. I just received coupons for savings on service at Arrowhead. I would rather pay regular price elsewhere than be subjected to the rudeness and arrogance of the Arrowhead service reps. More
After spending $2700 to get my ac repaired, I brought in my CRV for what I thought might be a related problem. But they found it was something else that would cost over $600. I couldn't afford that at this time since I am still paying on the $2700, so they charged me $100 for finding the problem. Help!! I bring both of my CRVs there all the time for service and this is what they do?!? Charge me $100, I think I will find someone else. More
I always use Guy when I need repairs or routine maintenance on my civic. My mom has used him for the last 8 or 9 years and he always took care of her, as a result I have used him ever since I got m maintenance on my civic. Guy always goes above and beyond the call of duty and I recommend him to everyone. More
