Arrowhead Honda Fulfills Expectation of Buying a Car I wasn't planning on purchasing a car--just brought my 2004 in for repairs, but Tony Cicala whet my appetite for a shiny new Honda--how great he was! And then the team, Chris, Walter, Jill and probably others joined in to make this a most pleasant and financially favorable experience. Tony even dumped my stuff from the old Honda neatly in my new vehicle. Thanks to all of you for making this happen. Both are examplary employees and deserve recognition for their customer service. Dominick Bartnik is a kind man that goes well over and above his duties as an employee to examplify excellent customer service. He has held my hand through my less than pleasurable experience when I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord that has turned out to be an absolute service nightmare. Robert Quintana stepped up to the plate to assist me with my service issues that are endless. Robert as well displays examplary customer service skills, his kindness and caring for his customers satisfaction should be the training model for all employees at Arrowhead Honda. I couldn't have asked for two greater guys to stand by me and help resolve the misfortune of purchasing an automobile that was sadly a mishap in a factory full of success stories. Everyone has angels that help them through unfortunate occurrences in life, mine have been Dominick and Robert. Arrowhead Honda should be proud to have two of the finest individuals as employees to represent their company. I brought our Insight to David for a number of needed services; at 160k+ it was running fine but needed several things, including a factory service. David has always been honest to us and given us the best pricing he can; we can trust him to recommend what is needed and only that so we can fit our budget. Even though we did some extra maintenance this time, we felt good about trusting David because of our past experiences. The car is running great and we can't thank David enough for his quality work and honesty. More

Perfection I scheduled a service appointment with Anoeil, and was seen promptly the next day. He took care of all of my needs on my certified preowned Accord. I scheduled a service appointment with Anoeil, and was seen promptly the next day. He took care of all of my needs on my certified preowned Accord. I thought that I had a major electrical problem, but he checked everything that was necessary and luckily I only needed a new battery. Also my A/C was not too cold, but again he had it repaired and blowing very cold air. Here in Phoenix, we need a cold A/C system, and Anoeil delivered that. I was so happy to deal with a service advisory who knew what they were talking about, and was so courteous, conscientious and complete with the service experience. The car was ready for me to pick up only a few hours later that same day. Wow, what more can I ask for. Anoeil is the man to see in the service department. More

I had planned an I have been an Arrowhead Honda customer for many years with an Accord, CRV, 2008 Civic, and now to a 2013 Pre-Owned Honda Civic LX. I had planned an oil change for my 2008 Civic, but was asked by Audrey to get an evaluation of my car. She knew that I needed to hold back from getting another car due to personal reasons and she waited until she thought it was right for me. So, I accepted, and she put me in contact with Craig Gentilotti. He was so personable and friendly. He seemed to know what was best for me and put me into a pre-owned certified Honda Civic LX. I knew it was the right time for me to proceed with buying this car. Craig was very professional and was able to get me a good deal with Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. Then he turned me over to Jeff Sokol, who was also very professional and we got all of the paper work done. I was intending to do the oil change, but my life changed after that point. I have always had great service advisors at Arrowhead as well, always explaining everything and not pressuring you into doing what you cannot afford at the time. More
