Service Manager Mr. Adrian Lamb got involved and explained to me exactly what I was facing, using terms that I could easily understand. And ultimately, Master Technician Mr. Jeffrey Obert breathed new life into our 2.4 liter gem - which is once again runnin' like a top. IMPRESSIVE! TRULY IMPRESSIVE! After meeting with John, we were passed to Gary Hamilton, who listened to our opinions and needs and spent whatever time was necessary to narrow down a choice of vehicle which would meet our current and future needs. Needless to say, after returning home and discussing our options, we returned to the dealership the same day and consequently purchased a CRV. Thanks to all the individual effort put forth by Gary and Chris we are very pleased with our decision. More

He is very professional and will make sure that you leave there with a smile on your face. Also, if you get a chance, go speak with Jill Chafitz. Jill will be able to answer any questions you have and if there's anything you need she will make sure that she gets it for you. I really enjoy coming to this dealership because once you walk in there everybody is so friendly and they actually make you feel like you were right at home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but that's all I can give at this time. More

I took it some where else close by and it was the Alternator after all which is under warranty. RESULT they are RUDE, Arrogant, Lie, Taking advantage of woman, will never return, have had stolen Items in the last year from there staff when brakes were done. WARNING More

When the sales rep told me that the final price offered was $750 above their cost of purchase and certified service costs, I asked him to pull up the figures on the computer to show me. He was a bit surprised at my request but honored it. The figures confirmed his statement I have continued to have the vehicle serviced there since then with great satisfaction. I am particularly impressed with Kevin Proo, one of their service advisors. Kevin is so great to work with. His willingness to explain why repairs are recommended and answer all questions (even dumb- sounding ones) with patience and respect, is deeply appreciated. I have utmost confidence that (unlike some experiences elsewhere) the service advisors at Arrowhead Honda are honest and are looking out for their customers' interests. They also offer online coupons for service specials which are a great deal. More

In my opinion Dan is the best service advisor in the Arrowhead Honda Service department for the following reasons: 1) Dan is very kind, courteous, and friendly. This makes bringing your car to get serviced a much better experience. 2) Dan has more technical expertise than your good service advisor. 3) Dan makes sure that your car gets serviced and fixed, providing detailed information about the problems and resolution. 4) Dan goes above and beyond his regular job duties to help you. Because of Dan's experience and expertise in the automotive industry (#4 on my list), I was able to take my car to an excellent body shop to get repaired after a poor job was done by a previous body shop. Awesome job Dan!! More
