Arrowhead Honda - Service Center

Always looks out for their customers I bought my 2010 CR-V (new) at Arrowhead. While some may scorn using a dealership for maintenance and repair, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere el I bought my 2010 CR-V (new) at Arrowhead. While some may scorn using a dealership for maintenance and repair, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else other than a dealership. And specifically, to Arrowhead. I trust them completely to maintain my car to the highest standards, to thoroughly explain issues to me, and ensure their work is of the highest level. When I needed another vehicle a few years ago, headed immediately to Arrowhead who had the perfect used 2009 Element. It also has received the same excellent maintenance and care as the CR-V. I haven't been disappointed, ever, with Arrowhead. Excellent service advisors are welcoming, knowledgeable; absolutely first-class. I've been a happy customer since 2009, and highly recommend Arrowhead. More

Arrowhead Honda Superior Service David Scott is always fantastic to deal with. He is the main reason why I still have my car serviced at Arrowhead Honda. We were lied to, taken advantage of, and damaged. I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment) which my warranty will not cover now because of the way it was handled by the service department. I was also lied to by my service coordinator about needing/not needing an alignment. When we asked for our car back, it was given back to us with parts not replaced completely. I brought these issues up with the service manager 5 hours later, after having to wait 50 minutes for a return phone call, and he told me that I was mistaken and that they didn't do anything wrong. I have had my car serviced with Arrowhead Honda in the past and after today's experience, I will no longer be doing business with them. I felt lied to, taken advantage of, wronged, and disrespected. More
