Since that time I have been I several times with some major issues. David is wonderful at explaining exactly what needs to be done without over selling. If I push back and request less David listens and explains the risks if certain work isn't done. I continue to take my car to Your Dealership specifically because of Davids customer support and will more than likely purchase my next car from Arrowhead HONDA knowing I can count this support in the future. I am sure David has a wonderful support group assisting him, who need to be recognized as well for doing wonderful work the first time. I don't think I have ever had to return for something not being done right the first time. More

I believe that a companies service quality should be rated by the amount of return business they get. While ALL dealerships are overpriced for their service, I realize they have a huge amount of overhead. I assume having my car serviced at a dealership I would get Honda parts installed by a Honda trained technician. When/if the time comes when I’m not happy with the service, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The reason I give four star reviews is because I believe five stars indicates perfection and nothing or nobody is perfect! More
