Service priced right I own a 2016 CRV EX with 20,000 miles on it. The other morning it wouldn't start, so I called Honda roadside assistance and they sent AAA out to jump I own a 2016 CRV EX with 20,000 miles on it. The other morning it wouldn't start, so I called Honda roadside assistance and they sent AAA out to jump start my car. When I got to Arrowhead Honda, they confirmed that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. When they were finished and I went to pick up my car they said "there was no charge." The last two vehicles I owned, which were Nissan Rouges, had battery failure within the first two years and they were both pro-rated which cost around $50 each. Another thing that is priced right are the oil change and tire rotations. Your Service Department is fantastic. More
