I was pleased with the service and the associate, but somewhat disappointed with my final invoice. When I arranged for the item in the parts department, they gave me a price also for installation. The fi somewhat disappointed with my final invoice. When I arranged for the item in the parts department, they gave me a price also for installation. The final price was close to $100 more than price quoted through parts dept. Added price included environmental fee which did not apply to my installation. More
