I have been using Arrowhead Honda for Service on my 2006 Honda Accord for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I wouldn't use any other service advisor other than Robert Quintana. From day one, he has demonstrated, professionalism, integrity, patience with listening to my repair issues and and educating me on the what and why of my repairs. During the recent software hack incident, my car had been repaired and Robert worked with me so I could retrieve my car in a timely manner in spite of the profound complications caused by the event. Mr. Jeff Anderson on the finance department was very exceptional at customer services! He talked to us standing in front of his office. Told us to go to our bank(Honda Financial Services, probably),walked in to his office and sat down facing his computer and told us(while we were left standing outside his office door)that he cannot do anything about it. Told us to call Honda financing and wait. If we don't receive any response is because that "was it." The demeanor of this person is so troubling and frustrating considering the position he holds on the company. T give this person a star is over rated. More
