Raquel Perez is an amazing asset to Arrowhead Honda. Right from the start she was calm and listened to my concerns. After a lovely conversation, she transferred my call to Phil Richard. Flawless phone transfer is key, no run around here! Love it! I was transferred to Phil Richard. Phil listened to my explanation of my review. He wasn’t arrogant or dismissive is anyway. KEY point when dealing with a sticky situation. The outcome of my situation isn’t important, what’s important is from start to finish they both handled this so professionally and from now on I will be taking my Ram here for service and I will direct all my clients to purchase or get services at Arrowhead Honda! I’m a loyal person and business owner who rewards professional and loyal business. Much gratitude, thank you again!
