Niki was so helpful from the beginning. She has a very positive attitude & was willing to get me exactly what I wanted & she happened to have it on the lot. The entire process was so easy & simple from the start. Samantha Geck was my finance person & she was so pleasant. She treated me as if I was one of her friends and truly made the whole paperwork process painless ! I would reccomend Arrowhead Honda to any family, friends or acquaintances interested in purchasing a new or used Honda or a used vehicle. Thanx guys !!! More

Fleet manager gave me a new car quote over the internet. It was about the price I was willing to pay, so I went to drive and purchase a Honda Accord. We'd somehow missed the time limit for the $750 incentive, even though I had been at the dealership hours before the supposed deadline. I felt I'd been scamed, but ended up buying the car because I just didn't want to go through the whole ordeal again! The experience was definitely negative and I would recommend buying from another dealer. More
