Jason and Honda were great! We went in just planning on test driving a couple cars, but Jason was so helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy that we left with a new car. This dealership was organized, got back to me with my online submitted questions instantly, made me feel like they really wanted my buisness without any hassles. David Scott was most helpful in having a problem fixed that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehic that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehicle door was opened. A switch and circuit test was performed and found that the left door switch came apart. The switch was repaired and and I no longer have this problem. David is qiite knowledgeable about Honda maintenance and repair. I believe that he is a real asset to Arrowhead Honda. More
