Mike took a great deal of time with us, got us a great deal and even worked to get our leased car taken care of. We were able to get the exact car we wanted and were so happy to be able to drive it home the same day (never had that experience in NY where we formerly lived).. Both of our children drive Honda's,(AZ and NY) so we are now a true Honda family! Mike's manager, who also worked with us, was also very helpful but didn't make us feel pressured! My car previous car was totaled in an accident. I began looking at all the dealerships located on Bell Road in Peoria for something to replace my car. At each dealership I spoke with a sales person and ex looking at all the dealerships located on Bell Road in Peoria for something to replace my car. At each dealership I spoke with a sales person and explained my situation and asked for their help finding me a car. Mike at Arrowhead Honda was emailing me car information before I got home. One other dealership returned a call several days later. By this time Mike had already found a car that fit the criteria I gave him. By the end of one week Mike had found me a car and I was driving off the lot. Other dealerships didn't seem very enthusiastic about doing a little research to help me (the customer). I believe Mike at Arrowhead Honda did a great job and my wife an I really like our Honda Accord EX. Thanks Mike! I would highly recommend Arrowhead Honda for a new or used car purchase. More
I have bought several vehicles from Arrowhead Honda the last two being from Jason. Jason was very prompt and fulfilled my specific requests. My overall experience with Arrowhead Honda and my salesperson, Brian Alexander, was "world-class." The service that my husband and I received was just amazing. Brian was wonderful explaining the features of the Honda Civic and Honda Accord including the benefits to each one. He was very patient and went the extra mile to show me vehicles with various exterior and interior color choices. Bless his heart, he unlocked several cars for me so I could get a look at the color schemes. He provided a personal touch as well as bringing his personal experiences. You can tell that Brian is passionate about the service he provides and is very proud of working for Arrowhead Honda. Brian offered the option to look at my vehicle to see what they could do for a trade. He made trading cars and purchasing a new one very easy and convenient. We could not of asked for a better salesperson. He stayed late after his shift waiting for us to complete financing so that he could bring us to my new car and go over all of the features. He added a special touch by giving me a gorgeous Honda key chain. Everyone that we met at Arrowhead Honda was very pleasant and provided great service. We have purchased 9 Honda vehicles since 1996. Three of them have been from Arrowhead Honda. Each time we dealt with the same salesman, Tony Toaca. We feel that all of our questions and concerns have been them have been from Arrowhead Honda. Each time we dealt with the same salesman, Tony Toaca. We feel that all of our questions and concerns have been answered knowledgeably and honestly and most importantly we feel once again that we got a good deal. On Sunday, June 27th I contacted four Honda Dealerships about purchasing a vehicle. I received responses from all four. Eric responded from Arrowhead Honda. His responses were quick and followed with the ability to answer my questions by phone or Email. On Tuesday June 29th I visited the four dealerships with my trade-in for an out-the -door price. I aksed them to Email me the proposal and would purchase on the next day based on who had the best offer. Eric was the only person that did not "pressure" me by bringing in some other part of the management team. Eric did not turn my vehicle over to several people to evaluate its worth. (He judged it himself) Eric was the only one that actualy Emailed a proposal. (The rest tried to convince me they were the lowest/best and gave me a written proposal on the spot)Eric's proposal was well below what other Honda Dealserhips proposed to me. When we purchased the vehicle on Wed. June 30th, Eric was right there to answer questions, and assure us he would be our "representative" if needed. My wife was very impressed with Eric's ability to explain the different parts of the Honda Cr-V. In summary: 1. Eric did what I wanted him to do via Email. 2. Eric did not bring in "others" to try to pressure me to purchase right then and there. 3. Eric met with me for about 15 minutes when I brought in my trade for evaluation and his Email with proposal was waiting for me when I got home. 4. Most important comment by Eric "We gave your trade-in more than "book" because we wanted to lower the cost of purchasing for you. Thank you! Thank you Thank you! A+ for your dealership. Also, it was nice to see the employees working, not just sitting in groups among themselves or just drinking coffee. I get the sense that your dealership is serious about being fair, taking care of its customers, and hiring quality and knowledgeable people. Thanks again for a great purchasing experience. More
