We have purchased 9 Honda vehicles since 1996. Three of them have been from Arrowhead Honda. Each time we dealt with the same salesman, Tony Toaca. We feel that all of our questions and concerns have been them have been from Arrowhead Honda. Each time we dealt with the same salesman, Tony Toaca. We feel that all of our questions and concerns have been answered knowledgeably and honestly and most importantly we feel once again that we got a good deal. On Sunday, June 27th I contacted four Honda Dealerships about purchasing a vehicle. I received responses from all four. Eric responded from Arrowhead Honda. His responses were quick and followed with the ability to answer my questions by phone or Email. On Tuesday June 29th I visited the four dealerships with my trade-in for an out-the -door price. I aksed them to Email me the proposal and would purchase on the next day based on who had the best offer. Eric was the only person that did not "pressure" me by bringing in some other part of the management team. Eric did not turn my vehicle over to several people to evaluate its worth. (He judged it himself) Eric was the only one that actualy Emailed a proposal. (The rest tried to convince me they were the lowest/best and gave me a written proposal on the spot)Eric's proposal was well below what other Honda Dealserhips proposed to me. When we purchased the vehicle on Wed. June 30th, Eric was right there to answer questions, and assure us he would be our "representative" if needed. My wife was very impressed with Eric's ability to explain the different parts of the Honda Cr-V. In summary: 1. Eric did what I wanted him to do via Email. 2. Eric did not bring in "others" to try to pressure me to purchase right then and there. 3. Eric met with me for about 15 minutes when I brought in my trade for evaluation and his Email with proposal was waiting for me when I got home. 4. Most important comment by Eric "We gave your trade-in more than "book" because we wanted to lower the cost of purchasing for you. Thank you! Thank you Thank you! A+ for your dealership. Also, it was nice to see the employees working, not just sitting in groups among themselves or just drinking coffee. I get the sense that your dealership is serious about being fair, taking care of its customers, and hiring quality and knowledgeable people. Thanks again for a great purchasing experience. More

I stopped in to see a new Accord and the sales person took us right to the car we liked and we went for a drive. Nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. My wife and I were not sure about the car and took us right to the car we liked and we went for a drive. Nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. My wife and I were not sure about the car and went to lunch. We called and asked him to look at the numbers, give us a rough estimate on our trade (after leaving him with the VIN number to run CARFAX) and he said he would get back to us within the hour. Nothing. We called back and left a message, nothing. I remember receiving an e-mail from someone and e-mailed them. Nothing. We wound up at another dealership that treated us very well and although we could not make a deal there, we recommended that dealer to a family member who did purchase from them the next weekend. I even contacted the sales manager at Arrowhead to inform him of the experience, not wanting anything in return. As a business person, I would want to know if something was not working from a customer perspective. The attitude I received was less then appreciative. I would not recommend this dealership from a purchase perspective, but understand from others I know their service department is very good. More
Besides making (in my opion) the best car on the market, the entire staff a Arrowhead is the best I have ever dealt with. Dino Krallis is the best. We had just been through a BK and been told by another dealer that we would have to wait 2 years or come in with a lot of money down - basically blew us off. When we went to Arrowhead (Brian McKenna spec dealer that we would have to wait 2 years or come in with a lot of money down - basically blew us off. When we went to Arrowhead (Brian McKenna specifically), we were treated with respect. Brian listened to what we could afford and helped us find a great low-mileage certified Accord.
