I drove into Arrowhead Honda on a Tuesday evening to "check out" the Honda Fit in person after being impressed with the reviews online. Eric Galliani greeted me and was friendly and helpful from the beginning. Besides being a good "listener" and asking the right questions to know what I wanted in a car Eric understood my need to stay on budget. I was looking for a “pre-owned” and told him what my budget was, which did not include a “new” vehicle. Eric was willing to take his time to let me drive a brand new 2010 FIT so I could get a feel for it anyway, even though they did not have a pre-owned on the lot at that time. Eric found that there was a "pre-owned" 2010 Fit coming in on trade sometime Friday and said he would let me know when I could see it. Eric kept his word and called to let me know when that car came in and he promised to have it out front and ready for a drive after I left work. After driving that car and checking it out top to bottom and asking more questions I ended up buying the car that evening with Eric being the only one I worked with to "make the deal". We did a little back and forth on price and each time it was only minutes (not hours) before he came back with the answers that I wanted to hear. Wow! No "Management or Financial office" pressure ever! Cory in the Finance office made my life easy and he had the paper work ready in record time, and answered my questions with the same patience and respect. I picked up my nice "new" car the next afternoon as promised, all shiny, detailed and fully "Certified". Oh yeah, Eric even did a follow-up call “after the sale” to see how everything was and to "answer any questions" I might have. Thanks Arrowhead Honda for conducting business in a way that is open, honest, fair, and respectful of your customers. I have already shared my great customer service story about Arrowhead Honda and I will continue to refer others to you. My husband and I found ourselves in need of a bigger car than my Acura TLS after having our first child. We traded my car in for a 2010 Honda Odyssey at Arrowhead Honda a little over a week ago and we had a great experience; our sales person was Brian Alexander. Brian was super friendly from the first time we meet him until the very last interaction we had with him. He worked to get us a great deal and we felt very comfortable with him. The dealership is clean, updated and you get a good feeling when you walk in. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and we never felt pressured. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Honda and I would return there if I needed another car in the future. On a side note, I couldn't be happier with my new van-it is awesome! More
On August 12, I drove to Arrowhead Honda to check prices on the 2010 Odyssey. I was greeted by Mike Reppy with a friendly hello and offfer of assistance. Mike and I talked and I told him what I was interested in. He took me around the lot to see what he had in stock. My color selection was not available, but he did show me all the features the Odyssey had. I told him I was an honost person, looking for the lowest price out the door with no add-ons. He introduced me to Brian Boyda who gave me the price of what they had in stock. I informed him that I was checking other dealers in the same manner and would make my decision based on the information I received. I visited another Honda dealer and got their offer, which was substantally more. On August 13th, Mike called and told us he had located the vehicle we wanted if we were still interested. We told him we were, contingent on my wife's satisfaction of the vehicle. Mike went through all the features again with my wife. He was very knowledgable and pleasant. We made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly with no pressure at all from anyone involved, including the financial department (which is usually very high pressure). It was a totally wonderful experience and we will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. THANKS ARROWHEAD HONDA ~ and expecially Mike Reppy for all the time he spent with us. I have purchased two brand new Hondas to date and purchasing my Odyssey had to be the best! I was able to schedule my appointment via email, since I work long hours. I was also able to show up at my appointment time with a vehicle waiting in the front of the parking lot for me. All the specs and color I had inquired about. The process of trading my previous Honda was extremely easy since I had taken care of it for the previous 3 years. I was given a price better than I had expected. I really appreciate the ease and kindness shown by the sales and finance departments. All questions were answered up front and all I had to do was transfer the car seats and drive away. More
Every time I go into Arrowhead Honda I have the most wonderful experience. It first started 3 years ago when my sister and I went to purchase our first Honda vehicle. We knew if we did purchase a Honda we wanted it to be a couple of years older, less than 50,000 miles, couldn't be tan, and less than $15,000. We were approached by a gentleman named Scott Walther. He asked what we were looking for and even took us across the lot to a competing dealer because they also had cars we could look at as well. Nothing seemed to work and we were back on the Honda lot. Scott was friendly and apologetic that what we were looking for wasn't available. It almost seemed like a miracle Scott asked my sister and I to wait because a car just came in and it’s from a couple in Sun City and we should check it out before we leave. We figured why not he practically took us all around to find the best car even non Honda's why not look at this last option which was a Honda. This is when Scott introduced us to our 2005 Honda Civic. Which was under 23,000 miles, silver, and the cost around 17,000. We started thinking was this a good deal everything pretty much matched our criteria? Scott told us to come inside and see what he can do with the price. After reviewing our credit and working on our payment requests per month we walked out with around with less than $16,000. After we met with several other people we left in our new car to get a call 2 days later from the Honda dealership advising they were able to get us a lower interest rate on our vehicle. Now that is great service. We took our car in 1 year later because our driver’s door window wouldn't roll up using the automatic locks. We were afraid this would cost a lot of money and it was around Christmas time which most people have already been spending for gifts. When the Service Advisor came back to let us know the damage he said they fixed the problem for free. We gave him the biggest huge ever. Besides our usual oil change we have been back to the dealership but this time we were there yesterday August 6, 2010 and had the experience of Michael Badalian's help. For some reason after the rain our power locks were not working in relation to our alarm. We had to manually lock our car with our key and our alarm wouldn't sound off. My sister and I were worried due to the problem being electrical exactly how much would this cost? My sister dropped me off at work and took the Honda in. We went to go pick it up and Michael had already explained what the problem was, called her in advance to tell her the price which was $120 because we got an oil change and we have coverage on our vehicle which covered the cost to fix the problem. Splitting $60 between the two of us wasn't bad. Michael gave us a sheet of some recommendations for thing we do need to get done on the vehicle as well as the cost. Since everything is electrical our cd player wasn't working and required a code. Michael and a colleague sitting by him Casey came to help show us how to start our cd player and dash board so we can set our timer. They left and we thanked Michael but when I used my keys to unlock my car I didn't hear a sound. I went back to Michael and he was laughing and I told him about the alarm. We went back to the car and showed me how the alarm does work and unlock the car. I thanked Michael once again. Michael, Casey, and Scott are the type of people we all should want to run into when we go to a car dealership. The worst thing that can happen is to go to a dealership where people don't care, want to rush you out, of give you the worst deal possible. I know because this is my 2nd car and the first car I purchased from a GM dealership was just like that. Since I work in Customer Service I feel this is an important aspect for repeat customers and new. If anyone wants Perfect Service go to Arrowhead Honda. I've been to the Honda Dealership at Bell Honda years ago thinking about purchasing my first car and the sales representative yelled at me because I wouldn't buy a car. I was really fearful even though it was a different dealership but from the time my sister and I met Scott we knew that this dealership was different. When people ask for a car or where is the best place to go I say Arrowhead Honda. Thank you Arrowhead for providing the type of customer service we are missing in this market today. More

Brian followed through on his promises, was never pushy or overbearing, and made the entire experience simple and pleasant. I would also like to note the easy going manner of Marcus in finance. He was a pleasure to deal with and got me through the finance portion quickly and efficiently. Overall, my entire experience with Arrowhead Honda has been very positive and I would recommend others in a heart beat. Because of this car shopping experience, I no longer have it on my top 10 list.
