My car previous car was totaled in an accident. I began looking at all the dealerships located on Bell Road in Peoria for something to replace my car. One other dealership returned a call several days later. By this time Mike had already found a car that fit the criteria I gave him. By the end of one week Mike had found me a car and I was driving off the lot. Other dealerships didn't seem very enthusiastic about doing a little research to help me (the customer). He was very patient and went the extra mile to show me vehicles with various exterior and interior color choices. Bless his heart, he unlocked several cars for me so I could get a look at the color schemes. He provided a personal touch as well as bringing his personal experiences. You can tell that Brian is passionate about the service he provides and is very proud of working for Arrowhead Honda. Brian offered the option to look at my vehicle to see what they could do for a trade. He made trading cars and purchasing a new one very easy and convenient. We could not of asked for a better salesperson. He stayed late after his shift waiting for us to complete financing so that he could bring us to my new car and go over all of the features.
