On Tuesday morning I filled out some information over the internet via Arrowhead Honda's website. After about an hour I recd. an email saying that they have the SUV that I was looking for and wanted to have internet via Arrowhead Honda's website. After several years of buying cars I have addopted a best practice of doing everything by phone. After I filled out an application and they called to let me know that the numbers look good and my credit is great I went down with an understanding of buying a new SUV for my wife as a surprise. After getting there and test driving the SUV I went in to work the numbers which again I thought I had already did that. The sales guy did not know what was going on and seemed confused. They seemed (my perception) that they did not want to help me or work with me even though I have great credit (785 fico) and 7k down they let me walk about over the differences of about 3k. The next day I called another Honda dealership and within 5 hours I was driving away with a 2011 Honda Pilot! I am happy to see that someone wants my business! ARROWHEAD HONDA HAS THE WORST SERVICE! I rarely go to the show room, but wanted to see if they had a Honda Fit on the floor. After looking around for a minute or so, Jason Heximer walked over with the most pleasant and genuine smile I have ever seen on a car salesman. While I know it's their job to make a sale, Jason has such a calm and non-abrasive manner that he made the entire experience an actual pleasure. I was sure that I would not be able to terminate my lease that still had 2 years left and be able to get a 2010 CRV, but within 15 minutes Jason was bringing out an application. Before I knew it, I was getting a new car, with a great deal!!! He certainly work some quick magic! Jason, you were absolutely wonderful! You are the most gentle and compassionate sales rep I have had the privilege to work with in my 20 plus years of buying cars. I certainly pray you are still at Arrowhead Honda in three years, because no one has ever measured up to your professional standards. Started the process online Tuesday night. I walked in unsure of whether or not I wanted to buy a car that day or wait until later. I was approached by Mo without any pressure. At any time I felt like I could walk away from the deal. Out of the 7 times I have purchased a car, this was by far the most pleasant experience. My limited experience with the service department already leads me to believe I am going to enjoy working with them as well. (as much as anyone can enjoy servicing their car) I highly recommend Mo Babul and Arrowhead Honda. I just moved to Arizona and have no vested interest in any dealership, but I can promise I will purchase my next car from here as well. More

I drove into Arrowhead Honda on a Tuesday evening to "check out" the Honda Fit in person after being impressed with the reviews online. Eric Galliani greeted me and was friendly and helpful from the beginning. Besides being a good "listener" and asking the right questions to know what I wanted in a car Eric understood my need to stay on budget. I was looking for a “pre-owned” and told him what my budget was, which did not include a “new” vehicle. Eric was willing to take his time to let me drive a brand new 2010 FIT so I could get a feel for it anyway, even though they did not have a pre-owned on the lot at that time. Eric found that there was a "pre-owned" 2010 Fit coming in on trade sometime Friday and said he would let me know when I could see it. Eric kept his word and called to let me know when that car came in and he promised to have it out front and ready for a drive after I left work. After driving that car and checking it out top to bottom and asking more questions I ended up buying the car that evening with Eric being the only one I worked with to "make the deal". We did a little back and forth on price and each time it was only minutes (not hours) before he came back with the answers that I wanted to hear. Wow! No "Management or Financial office" pressure ever! Cory in the Finance office made my life easy and he had the paper work ready in record time, and answered my questions with the same patience and respect. I picked up my nice "new" car the next afternoon as promised, all shiny, detailed and fully "Certified". Oh yeah, Eric even did a follow-up call “after the sale” to see how everything was and to "answer any questions" I might have. My husband and I found ourselves in need of a bigger car than my Acura TLS after having our first child. Brian was super friendly from the first time we meet him until the very last interaction we had with him. He worked to get us a great deal and we felt very comfortable with him. The dealership is clean, updated and you get a good feeling when you walk in. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and we never felt pressured. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Honda and I would return there if I needed another car in the future. On a side note, I couldn't be happier with my new van-it is awesome! More
