Arrowhead Honda is committed to providing quality customer service. As such we invited this customer via e-mail to contact us regarding her experience to discuss further however our e-mails were never returned. We have over 2 months of notes from multiple in-store visits & online communications sent to multiple employees from multiple e-mail addresses. Ultimately it is our goal to sell vehicles. We are truly sorry that we were not able to make a deal for the price that this customer was willing to pay for the vehicle in question.
