I am a very knowledgeable used car buyer, being a car enthusiast that has owned all types of vehicles. I have been a firm believer in Honda vehicles, for their quality. I was delighted with Mike Reppy, he took the time to make sure I purchased the right vehicle. He answered all of my questions truthfully, he NEVER tried to pressure me, lie to me or change my mind, he worked WITH me, and allowed me to make the right decision. Mike is Solid Gold !!!!! I was also treated very well by everyone I came in contact with at Arrowhead Honda today. I cannot verbalize what a great experience this was, I now own a beautiful Honda CR-V, that looks like new, and will make me very happy for years to come. It's now the next day after buying my new Honda Accord and I would like to tell you what a swell experience the entire process was over the last two days. I have purchased a lot of new cars over the past 40 years and must say that this (Honda #4) purchase was by far the most "pleasurable" of all. A special thanks to Ron Cross for his attention to our needs and desires. His knowledge of product sales, financial aspects, and very pleasing good humor and respect during this negotiation was very professional. Most always the paper signing is a long effort and can bring up some negative situations, in this case Mr. Jeff Sokol made this process a breeze and enabled us to get a very good Extended Service contract for our new car. An added thanks to sales director Mr. Thad Zorn for his work making this sale a real pleasure. Thanks to all at Arrowhead HONDA. More
DARYL WAS VERY LOW-KEY, HELPFUL AND THERE, BUT NOT IN OUR FACE OR PUSHY. A FLOOR MAT WAS TORN DURING THE DETAILING, DARYL QUICKLY REPLACED IT. WE HAD HOPED TO GET THE PRICE A LITTLE LOWER SINCE IT WAS A USED FACE OR PUSHY. A FLOOR MAT WAS TORN DURING THE DETAILING, DARYL QUICKLY REPLACED IT. WE HAD HOPED TO GET THE PRICE A LITTLE LOWER SINCE IT WAS A USED VEHICLE, BUT WE STILL LEFT FEELING GOOD ABOUT OUR PURCHASE. WE DID END UP HAVING TO REPLACE THE BATTERY THE DAY AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT DIED AFTER WE GOT HOME (200 MILES AWAY FROM THE DEALER). HOWEVER, WE HAD CALLED ARROWHEAD AT 8:30 AT NIGHT WHEN WE DISCOVERED THE DEAD BATTERY, JUST BEFORE CLOSING, TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR DARYL. HE HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY BUT THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED HIM. HE CALLED US BACK WIHTIN FIFTEEN MINUTES OF OUR CALL AND TOLD US TO GET A GOOD BRAND NEW BATTERY AND SEND THEM THE RECEIPT AND WE WOULD BE REIMBURSED. THEN THIRTY MINUTES AFTER THAT THE DEALER CALLED US BACK AND TOLD US WE COULD DRIVE THE VAN BACK TO THE DEALER THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD INSPECT IT POINT BY POINT AGAIN AND APOLOGIZING FOR THE ERROR. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THAT KIND OF SUPPORT. ALL IN ALL, WE HAD AS CLOSE TO PERFECT EXPERIENCE AS ONE CAN GET BUYING A CAR. WE THANK DARYL FOR HIS HELPFULNESS AND FRIENDLY APPROACH. More

Bob was so amazing. We had really anticipated buying our first new car alone would be difficult. We expected a rude over bearing salesman, and we even inlisted the help of my father in law. Well we didn't need him, because Bob was amazingly friendly. He was not pushy or overbearing at all. He really seemed interested in giving us a good deal. He came off more like a good friend. He didn't try to give us any information that we didn't ask for, and we never had to haggle him down on price. He took my old piece of junk and gave us way more than I thought it was worth. We love our new car and so do our kids. It will be a great car for them to grow older with. We love the tire check feature, the oil life light, and the mpg gage. It is like driving a sporty mini van. It was the perfect car for our family, and I would say the number one reason for us buying the car was our salesman, Bob. More
As my wife and I approach our 80th year, we thought we needed to return to where we had bought our last automobile nine years ago. We're obviously not frequent buyers. There was no need, since our car we traded in was a 2001 Honda Accord. We didn't really have a need to trade, except for the fact that I'm a keyboard/vocalist, and still actively at it. The problem was that it was becoming increasingly difficult to load my keyboard, microphones, speakers, etc. into the back seat of the Accord. As I mentioned, we last purchsed a car in 2001, and we had a good experience at Arrowhead Honda, and thought that was a good place to start, although we now live about 125 miles away, in Northern Arizona. We were greeted at the door by Brian Alexander, who handled every facet of the transaction expertly, and it was only after we bought the car, that we found out Brian was new at Arrowhead. So, to sum it all up, we got a great deal on a new Honda CRV, a good deal on our trade-in, and were treated very professionally by everyone we dealt with. I can speak with some expertise, because (although I didn't tell them), about 30 years ago, I had my own used car lot, and did very well, because I employed the same attitude in dealing with my customers, as I received at Arrowhead. I would recommend them to anyone. More

On Tuesday morning I filled out some information over the internet via Arrowhead Honda's website. After about an hour I recd. an email saying that they have the SUV that I was looking for and wanted to have internet via Arrowhead Honda's website. After about an hour I recd. an email saying that they have the SUV that I was looking for and wanted to have me come in to look at the SUV and see what they could do to make a deal. After several years of buying cars I have addopted a best practice of doing everything by phone. After I filled out an application and they called to let me know that the numbers look good and my credit is great I went down with an understanding of buying a new SUV for my wife as a surprise. After getting there and test driving the SUV I went in to work the numbers which again I thought I had already did that. The sales guy did not know what was going on and seemed confused. They seemed (my perception) that they did not want to help me or work with me even though I have great credit (785 fico) and 7k down they let me walk about over the differences of about 3k. The next day I called another Honda dealership and within 5 hours I was driving away with a 2011 Honda Pilot! I am happy to see that someone wants my business! ARROWHEAD HONDA HAS THE WORST SERVICE! But the drive is worth it, so I always take my car there for all maintenance. I was in on a typical Saturday morning for routine maintenance for my 2008 CRV. I rarely go to the show room, but wanted to see if they had a Honda Fit on the floor. After looking around for a minute or so, Jason Heximer walked over with the most pleasant and genuine smile I have ever seen on a car salesman. While I know it's their job to make a sale, Jason has such a calm and non-abrasive manner that he made the entire experience an actual pleasure. I was sure that I would not be able to terminate my lease that still had 2 years left and be able to get a 2010 CRV, but within 15 minutes Jason was bringing out an application. Before I knew it, I was getting a new car, with a great deal!!! He certainly work some quick magic! Jason, you were absolutely wonderful! You are the most gentle and compassionate sales rep I have had the privilege to work with in my 20 plus years of buying cars. I certainly pray you are still at Arrowhead Honda in three years, because no one has ever measured up to your professional standards.
