Arrowhead Honda

2 years ago I had the great fortune of going to Arrowhead Honda where I purchased a used 2007 CRV. This was my first Honda and I had done a lot of research before deciding that was the vehicle I wanted. Do Honda where I purchased a used 2007 CRV. Right away I felt completely at ease working with him. He listened and was never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed to make any decision. Last month my CRV was severely damaged in a hailstorm. After getting my insurance check, I returned to Arrowhead Honda and talked with Doug T. to see what options I might have in finding a replacement vehicle rather than having mine repaired. Again, Doug T. met all my expectations of a first class sales rep. He showed me a ton of vehicles before I decided on a new 2011 CRV. He was so patient and wanted to be sure that I was getting the vehicle I truly wanted. He made several follow up calls to be sure I was completely satisfied. Doug sold me my first car (2003 Civic) when I was 18yrs old and was so helpful during the experience that I couldn't imagine using anyone else for my second purchase (2010 CRV)!
