With my recent purchase at Arrowhead Honda it’s clear to see why this dealership has won seven President’s Awards. After wasting several hours negotiating at another local Honda dealer and being promised a see why this dealership has won seven President’s Awards. By chance, on the same night, I called Arrowhead Honda to inquire about the car I was looking for. Within a few minutes on the phone I not only learned that the exact car I was looking for was scheduled for delivery to the dealership within a few days, but I was also given the sales price right over the phone without hours of negotiation. I hung up the phone and drove to the Arrowhead Honda dealership. Within 90 minutes of my initial call I had traded in my vehicle receiving a fair price, signed paperwork, and was driving a loaner car home until my new car arrived. I was always treated with courtesy and respect and the level of service I received is comparable to Acura. The salesman, Mike McDanel, made the entire process smooth and was an absolute pleasure to work with, as were others I spoke to. He contacted me daily informing me of the delivery status of my new car until it arrived. Like many other customers I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience at Arrowhead Honda. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Arrowhead Honda and Mike McDanel to my family and friends. When I’m ready for my next Honda I certainly know where it will be purchased. More

I had searched the internet for a car I was looking for and found two possibilities at Arrowhead Honda. We would highly recommend Arrowhead Honda for anybody who is seeking to have a great service to buy /lease a new car. First of all, our sales representative, Eric Galliani, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to make the right choice. We did not feel pressured nor rushed in making a decision. Second, while we were working out the deal, our daughter who is 4 yrs. old had plenty of things to keep her occupied: Eric gave her coloring book with crayons, puzzle, and a large balloon :) In addition, there was a small playroom for children inside the building, so that really helped us to keep our daughter happy while we were busy. Lastly, what we really enjoyed is the integrity and respect in the handling our deal. We received the best possible value for us right away. Everything that was said was done. In 2010 i bought a 2010 CRV LX model in silver color. I really wanted a Crv in blue, but they where all sold out. Honda came out with a 2011 SE CRV that really had the features that I wanted and Arrowhead really wanted a Crv in blue, but they where all sold out. Honda came out with a 2011 SE CRV that really had the features that I wanted and Arrowhead Honda had the Blue instock. Arrowhead Honda traded me out of my 2010 CRV with a payment of $444 a month and put me in a NEW 2011 CRV SE, and lowered my payment to 427 a month. Robert Sajdak, a sales manager, was great to deal with, he took a Visa deposit over the phone to hold a Certified Honda S2000 for me just prior to a big sale, and honored his word. I had wondered whether the dealership would sell the car out from under me, but they didn't notwithstanding the fact that they had a Midnight Madness sale going on and this Honda S2K was in very good condition. He was a big help as were all Arrowhead staff that I dealt with, including the service manager Dave McGuire and the service technician, Richard Ellis who replace a noisy front shock on this vehicle after I had purchased it. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all of the staff, particularly Robert and Justice Rovin, a sales person who picked me up at the airport when I flew in from WA State to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing it. The Honda S2K is an amazing car and Arrowhead Honda was a great dealership from which to purchase this certified vehicle. Thanks to all for having made this car purchase so enjoyable. More

Here's the story...After purchasing an 08 Honda Dear Sirs, This was the 3rd and 4th car, respectively, that we have purchased at Arrowhead Honda. Here's the story...After purchasing an 08 Honda Civic on Wednesday night (2/16), my wife and son were involved in an accident which totaled our 04 Chevy Cavalier. After receiving outstanding service previously from Mike Reppy, I thought, why not see if Honda (Mike) can really help us out. I spent approximately 30 minutes explaining our dilemma on the phone. THAT DAY Mike had a list of cars that fit the parameters that we spoke about. He once again spent time with my wife and I going through several options concerning the purchase. Needless to say, we drove out with another car on Friday night. That means we purchased two used cars in three days! I cannot say enough about how helpful Mike and ALL the other staff were at Arrowhead Honda. Not only will we be back repeatedly (hopefully not as soon), we will make sure that our children go to Arrowhead Honda when they are ready to purchase their future vehicles.
