What I can say is that Eric is the BEST car salesman whom I ever met. Recently I and my friend Cong tried to buy a brand-new Honda Odyssey minivan. We asked all the dealer in the valley. There are some here that are quoting OTD figures and then adding on as much as $3,000 in sales tax once you arrive, for example Right Honda. When we asked Eric at Arrowhead Honda, he gave us a dream price which I don't believe at first. Also he added Tint, Wheel locks, Splash Guards, Door Edge Guards with NO additional charge. ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON MY DRIVE FRONT WINDOW SLID DOWN INTO THE DOOR AND IT WAS 98 DEGREES OUT, I NEEDED TO GO TO PRESCOTT ARIZONA ON MONDAY WITH MY DISABLED HUSBAND AND I NEEDED TO HAVE THAT WINDOW FIXE INTO THE DOOR AND IT WAS 98 DEGREES OUT, I NEEDED TO GO TO PRESCOTT ARIZONA ON MONDAY WITH MY DISABLED HUSBAND AND I NEEDED TO HAVE THAT WINDOW FIXED. I CALLED THE DEALER SHIP AT 4:05 IN THE AFTERNOON AND MICHAEL SOUTHERN TOOK MY SERVICE CALL, I TOLD HIM OF MY EMERGENCY AND THAT I NEEDED HELP. HE SAID TO BRING THE AUTO IN AND I WAS AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MIN AWAY FROM HIS DEALERSHIP AND HE STILL TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND HE'D SEE IF HE COULDN'T GET THE WORK DONE. THE SERVICE CENTER CLOSES AT 5 PM. MIKE TOOK MY HONDA PILOT IN AND HAD THE REPAIRS DONE IN 45 MIN. THEY STAYED OPEN LONG ENOUGH TO HELP ME IN AN EMERGENCY. THAT IS TOTAL THOUGHT AND CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVE THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EXPERIENCED FROM MIKE SOUTHERN AND YOUR DEALER SHIP. I WILL DEFINATELY BE BUYING ANOTHER HONDA PILOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND IT WILL BE FROM ARROWHEAD HONDA OFF OF 83RD AVE AND BELL ROAD IN PHOENIX ARIZONA. More

I had some serious concerns throughout some of the whole sales, finance and delivery process. After making my concerns and complaints known, the dealership was quick to bring resolution to the issues at ha sales, finance and delivery process. This was our first Honda from Arrowhead Honda. If it were not for Eric and his courtous and friendly mannor over the phone we would have gone somewhere else. I called Arrowhead Honda and spoke to Jason Heximer regarding my 2008 CRV that I was leasing and wanted information on turning it in and getting a 2011 CRV to replace it. We had gotten the 2008 from Arrowhead Honda and had a great experience working with them so I was hoping for the same experience as the last time. Jason was great! He showed me just what I had told him I was looking for in the new CRV. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten in late in the afternoon and Jason was getting ready to leave for the day, so he introduced us to Eric Galliani and let us know that Eric would be taking care of us for the rest of the process. The paper work was easy to fill out and Eric was there to answer any questions that we had, and kept the process moving along very smoothly. Eric was friendly and took very good care of us. The staff at Arrowhead Honda are friendly not pushy and seem eager to help. I had forgotten the second set of keys to my 2008 CRV so I took them in the next evening. Eric asked if everything was ok with the new CRV and I laughed and told him yes but on the way there I had driven through a swarm of bugs and they were all over the windshield and the new car. He asked for my keys and in just a little while he came back and my car was all clean again. This is the type of service and willingness to please that will keep me coming back for all my vehicle needs in the future and recommending them to my family and friends.
