I purchased my car from Arrowhead Honda in 1999. I now have 150,000 miles on the speedometer. I have driven from downtown to Peoria for all my service in the last 12 years. I have found the staff remarkably courteous, skilled in diagnosis and repair and friendly. There has never been anything that wasn't fix right the first time. I have never had to stop for a roadside emergency throughout the life of the car. Because I live downtown I usually stay at the dealership while the car is repaired. They recognize my waiting with prompt and reliable service and repair. I appreciate that they don't do repairs that aren't necessary! And they tell me when I can wait to do a repair or when it is necessary to do it right away. That is integrity! I heartily recommend Arrowhead Honda. More

We were turning our old lease in. Jason H. arrived early just to help us. They did exactly what they said they would do. He worked very quickly with Eric to get us in and out as fast as possible. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, first thing in the door. Mike greeted us soon he chatted with us about what type of vehicle we were looking for, etc. He was very easy to talk with; he seemed in the door. We chose the one we wanted, he went on a short ride with us, and the 'sale' began. Everything was handled smoothly and precisely! What I can say is that Eric is the BEST car salesman whom I ever met. Recently I and my friend Cong tried to buy a brand-new Honda Odyssey minivan. We asked all the dealer in the valley. There are some here that are quoting OTD figures and then adding on as much as $3,000 in sales tax once you arrive, for example Right Honda. When we asked Eric at Arrowhead Honda, he gave us a dream price which I don't believe at first. Also he added Tint, Wheel locks, Splash Guards, Door Edge Guards with NO additional charge. When we bought minivan on Sat. 04/23/2001, Eric give us the hassle-free buying experience which I really like and enjoy. Thanks Eric. More

ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON MY DRIVE FRONT WINDOW SLID DOWN INTO THE DOOR AND IT WAS 98 DEGREES OUT, I NEEDED TO GO TO PRESCOTT ARIZONA ON MONDAY WITH MY DISABLED HUSBAND AND I NEEDED TO HAVE THAT WINDOW FIXE INTO THE DOOR AND IT WAS 98 DEGREES OUT, I NEEDED TO GO TO PRESCOTT ARIZONA ON MONDAY WITH MY DISABLED HUSBAND AND I NEEDED TO HAVE THAT WINDOW FIXED. I CALLED THE DEALER SHIP AT 4:05 IN THE AFTERNOON AND MICHAEL SOUTHERN TOOK MY SERVICE CALL, I TOLD HIM OF MY EMERGENCY AND THAT I NEEDED HELP. HE SAID TO BRING THE AUTO IN AND I WAS AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MIN AWAY FROM HIS DEALERSHIP AND HE STILL TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN AND HE'D SEE IF HE COULDN'T GET THE WORK DONE. THE SERVICE CENTER CLOSES AT 5 PM. MIKE TOOK MY HONDA PILOT IN AND HAD THE REPAIRS DONE IN 45 MIN. THEY STAYED OPEN LONG ENOUGH TO HELP ME IN AN EMERGENCY. THAT IS TOTAL THOUGHT AND CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVE THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EXPERIENCED FROM MIKE SOUTHERN AND YOUR DEALER SHIP. I WILL DEFINATELY BE BUYING ANOTHER HONDA PILOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND IT WILL BE FROM ARROWHEAD HONDA OFF OF 83RD AVE AND BELL ROAD IN PHOENIX ARIZONA. More
